    cheaper art supplies!

Wow! Never been before this weekend. Great deals and not too junky. My daughter got her sketch book & other art supplies. This place has everything (well not t.p. & some other necessaries). Pretty clean & decently nice employees. I signed up for their card. No clue what it'll get me. I'll def return when Im at my favorite - TJ MAXX - in the same great shopping strip!

Gorgeous, well-stocked Ollie's in an equally beautiful location, just minutes from the Deptford Mall. What a night tonight was, and Ollie's saved my butt. I love Ollie's. It's my favorite store. I go at least once or twice a month. I would go more often, but I know I'm going to spend a lot more money than I want to. I have been to the ones in Hamilton (NJ), Bristol (PA), and Horsham (PA). I will probably not find myself back at this location in a long time, if ever, but I had to leave a review! So, for the past week I have been eyeing an Excalibur food dehydrator in the Ollie's weekly ad. Ollie's pricing was $80 for a brand new one. After checking on Amazon, Sears, and other websites, the same product was ranging from about $190 to $300. That makes $80 an EXCELLENT deal for this product that is brand new and not refurbished. But, I stupidly waited it out the entire week. I even went to the Ollie's in Bristol, PA a few days ago and saw one, but still wanted to think about it. Fast forward to today when I really can't stop thinking about this dang machine. It's got amazing reviews online and after scouring the internet for recipes all day, I found that I could make homemade beef jerky, fruit leather, apple chips, and even garlic powder using this thing. I decided to jump in my car and go get the dehydrator that I saw at Bristol Ollie's. Only it wasn't there when I got there. They were sold out. Silly me. I should've known a good deal when I saw one. I was desperate to get one at this point so I called all of the Ollie's locations around me, starting from closest to furthest. The third or fourth Ollie's I called was this store and they told me they had one dehydrator left! Only, Deptford was 31 miles away and it would take me 37 minutes to drive there. It was already 8:10 PM... Ollie's closes at 9:00 PM! Time was ticking. I hopped in my car and took off like I was on a racetrack. Swerving in and out of lanes (using my turn signals, of course). What a beautiful highway drive it was, though. It was hard not to be distracted by the pretty billboards, the stunning bridge I was crossing, and the bright city lights from what appeared to be the surrounding Philadelphia area. I finally made it to Ollie's just a few minutes before they closed. I sighed in relief as I grabbed the last Excalibur dehydrator off the shelf. Lucky me, getting the last one in a 40+ mile radius. In the few short minutes that I decided to walk around after I got my dehydrator, I saw how well-stocked this Ollie's is. I picked up a few more items that were out of stock at my local Ollie's - multivitamins, a dog toy, and some everything bagel seasoning, which I've been seeing all over the internet. I should also mention that the employees here were very sweet people. Even the girl who answered the phone when I first called to ask if they had the item in stock before I drove here was as nice as could be. She checked me out tonight, too, and maintained the same pleasant attitude when I pulled out my 20% off Ollie's coupon and got the dehydrator for just $64. She remembered my voice from our phone conversation. It says on my receipt that her name is Lourdes. I only wish that I had reason to come back to this Ollie's more often. I loved my visit. If it wasn't after 9:00 PM when I left, I'd have taken the time to explore some of the restaurants in the area. Thanks, Ollie's, for being an excellent store with incredible deals. I can't wait to use my new dehydrator! But that will have to be later this week because I'm pooped from tonight's series of events. Haha!

    Ollies store walk in

Pretty good spot to get lots of books, dishwashing liquid and slippers for cheap. They have a "seen on tv" section of your into that sort of thing. Workers were helpful, it's a good spot to switch things up from your normal Walmart and target

Store is ok. Very unorganized. I found a few Christmas presents here but wish they would not put these huge orange price tags on Everything! Which are impossible to get off without it looking horrible. Can it go on the back if anything! Ugh!

There are some great fines in the store. The prices are absolutely right and the selection is huge. The cashier I had was so nice

The store is dirty. It needs a good cleaning. It's really in bad shape. The air in the store also smells.

I can find better items and cheaper elsewhere; and it's very difficult to find as I have a 30 minute drive to the closest location to me.

This is one of the most negative and depressing experiences I have ever had with any bookstore. I…read morepurchased a book I had been searching for for years from them as a first edition book for an agreed-upon price of $850. The book was covered in a rare dust jacket, which, if imperfect, was still in fairly good shape. When I received the book, I found it to be a second edition. However, the second edition of this book had the identical jacket to the first edition, making it still a fairly valuable jacket at least. I indicated to the bookstore that they had sold me a second edition copy as a first edition, while still conceding the value of the jacket, and offered to keep it for a small price adjustment in consideration of the difference in value of the actual book, of which the true first edition was worth perhaps $200, and the second edition, perhaps $75. The company, specifically Heidi, demanded that I send the book back, and would offer no reasonable price adjustment based on having sold the jacket not as described. Meanwhile, I had a "friend" who is a much more seasoned collector than I advising me that I absolutely couldn't spend $850 on a second edition book, particularly one that was misadvertised. I really wanted to keep the book but did not want to be taken advantage of by the misinformation provided, so eventually, I had to return the book. I also provided the company with the background information that my "friend," whom they knew by name as someone active in the book industry, had told me what they were asking for the book was inappropriate and unethical, although as I have said 80% of the value was in the jacket, so I didn't mind paying $650 for the jacket and $100 for the later-edition book. Additionally, no apology was ever issued for misinforming me about the edition of the book. At any rate, as soon as I sent the book back, my "friend" called them up and bought it from them for the $750 I would have gladly paid, and which I had asked them in three separate emails to make me whole by doing. At any rate, the "friend" is no longer my friend, and this bookshop acted unreasonably and unethically and shouldn't be in the business, as far as I can see. The owners belong to ABAA, but they certainly don't abide by their standards of ethics. I have no idea why they commandeered the book back and sold it to my "friend" instead of reaching to me and indicating that they were going to sell it for the amount I had offered to compromise on 3-5 times. I would advise staying away, especially if you are a book buyer at a distance.
