Although I'm not a fan on how BBB merchandises, I do enjoy shopping at a small-town location because I'm actually able to find what I need. I had a mail-in coupon that was expiring. BBB does a great job on sending those coupons consistently. I needed to re-stock my k-cups, so having some of those coupons in my bag is always useful and convenient. Their k-cups selections were well-organized. I picked out one of the Caribou breakfast blend and headed straight to the register. There was one (1) cashier working on price-adjustments for the customer. However, there were four (4) others in line waiting. The primary cashier quickly gathered other available cashiers via the radio, and the line was efficiently cleared and everyone was well on the way to his/her vehicle. There are other choices of retailers that I can purchase k-cups at, but with BBB continuously sending coupons to me diligently, BBB has become my go-to destination for our k-cup needs and soda stream flavors/canister refills.

She was about 20 mins late, snobbish/snotty, and didn't even due a full walk through. She walked in and saw the living/dining room, family room and stopped at kitchen. There is no way we would have been able to do this without assistance. My water softener is almost out. So, picking up the salt (somehow, some way) was urgent. Friend and I were able to complete the rest of our shopping (as much as we could tolerate) without issues. Just a delightful shopping experience thanks to the Costco staff assistance. The sign on the door stated it was open until 9pm as it is Wednesday. No other notes/signs were posted. I sat in my car until 7:35pm hoping someone would unlock the door. During that time 6 other customers attempted to enter the store only to discover the doors were locked. I'm not sure what is going on. This is very poor customer service, and it's losing you lots of customers. At the very least, a note could have been left on the door assuming an employee had an emergency.
