I waited a beat but he didnt look up to acknowledge me, so I walked away saying just never mind, but saw 2 other women approach him & he then promptly led them to their book. I went to check out counter and told the lovely lady named Kristen(?)of my ordeal, she led me to books. I was visibly upset and stating why would he be this way. Male employee heard me & said he was in the middle of something and would have shown me, why could he not have used common courtesy, looked up & said just to give him a minute and would show me. No problem immediately showing other women their books! This is a nice place to go and relax and he ruined atmosphere, thankfully Kristen(?) was there.

I asked the young lady if they had it and she directed me to the Notable Non fiction section which I thought was strange since it is fiction. Of course it wasn't there and I returned to the cash register where she got a little short with me and kept repeating " I told you it's in the Notable non fiction section!" After I kept telling her that it wasn't and why, she not very happily opened her computer and retrieved the book for me. It's a nice store with good inventory. Customer service could use some work though.

We went ahead and parked when we realized. However, after considerable walking and asking many different individuals, we never found this bookseller. We did have a few people tell us the only place they knew that had books was in the pavilion and we tried there too but only found another stall (different name) with very few books. It looks like this business may be closed. I would call a number to check but do not see one listed.

But it's hard to say no when you keep finding so many fun things! I absolutely love how they integrated little fun supplies in almost all areas of the bookstore. I found stationary by classics and romance. There were thank yous & note cards over by nonfiction and mystery. And that's just for starters! The selection here was absolutely incredible. As for beverages, there's a cute little coffee shop that also has gelato within walking distance. They have a TON of choices and their prices are out of this world! As in with the exception of special/first editions, all hardcovers are only $2 and paperbacks are $1.50!!! Where else have you seen prices like this?!?! (Seriously though please share because I'd love to visit that place too.) In addition to books this store also has smaller things like small toys and stickers (which are still crazy cheap at only 25¢!!).If you're heading down to Englewood, stop by The Bookworm and get yourself a bargain book (or 10 stickers like me).
