I was informed the person who does cpap wasn't in and to come back after the weekend and holiday. One of the workers came outside and apologized and told me to come back and who to ask for. I called the next business day and was told a new order had to be sent since it was a while since my order was started. The home office called for my supplies that are auto sent and said they didn't see an order so I was transferred to the Albany location. The lady who answered never said hello but she held the phone and I could hear background convo so I initiated the conversation. I explained I had a new cpap order sent over a week ago and they said they never got it. I said I was about to call my doctor and all of a sudden they found it then the lady just held the phone. I kept saying hello and she said yes as if she was in the right. I had to ask when I would get my order and she said she didn't know. She told me machines would be in at the end of the week. I call and no answer. I'm in the process of finding a new company today. The home office is nice, it's the local Albany office that is horrible.

They do not do any kind of braces any longer. There is two women sitting behind a oversized desk whereas you can not see them at all. They are rude and have an air of impatience when you come in. They do not bother to show themselves at all just talk to you from behind a wall. If you have time to wait for shipping you can go to Wish.com and get the same exact appliances at a third of the price. Everything in the place is way over priced I guess so they can gauge your insurance. I'm not sure if they even take insurance when I got my cane I paid out of pocket.
