I've mentioned here before that I'm not a huge fan of hot subs. But, EoS has won me over. The Holiday Turkey Sandwich gets reviews as "the best sandwich I ever had" online so I wanted to try it. I make a mean turkey leftover sandwich so the first day I thought it was "ok". But the 2nd day I heated the other half up, and it had me SINGING. The sando's are tightly wrapped in paper and foil so they arrived in perfect shape even for take-out (delivery) across the city. I generally upgrade to "double meat" and eat half a sandwich at a time. I can't wait to try more varieties and definitely sink my teeth into another 1762.

The sesame bun didn't keep its integrity, sadly. The meatball marinara was glorious! Slightly spicy, super moist meatballs, slightly sweet marinara, and perfectly paired with bitterness of the rapini. Don't forget the cheese pull!
