The website says it closes at 2:00 PM, so we arrived around 12:45 PM. We drove about 35 minutes since we don't live right in the area, and it was a bummer to find the market closing early because of wind. It was a nice day, I didn't think it was too windy my any means but OK. There are only a few booths here anyway, definitely on the smaller side of a farmers market. Still cool to check out if you're already in the area. They have nice fresh flowers, a few hand made craft and gift/goods booths, and a few food and drink booths. We stopped at Brewed by Bella Coffee Cart on our way out since a lot of other booths had to close down already. Her Italian soda and lavender lemonade saved the day! It was a sweet treat to leave the market feeling not so disappointed and good that we supported a local business. She was so kind and friendly, and her drinks are reasonably priced, and made well. Too bad we couldn't check out some of the other vendors.

I needed a curtain drain put in and the land graded because my first story would flood during heavy rain. The drain had to be dug by hand in clay soil (no heavy machinery) because the area that flooded was above my septic tank. They had a huge team out, on time, and on the days they said they'd be out. They were professional and communicative during the whole project. It's been a few years now with some very bad storms and that curtain drain has never missed a beat. It works hard year round and I have never had standing water in that area again. I would love to someday hire this company again.

He is so passionate about his work and the end product is representative of that passion. Background - After growing very tired of an awful looking front yard at our previous home in Silverdale, we finally decided to hire a professional landscaper as my vision required equipment to handle the large granite boulders destined to be the focal point of the yard. After a short consultation Derek presented us with a wonderful design and we quickly gave him the green light. Within a week of starting work he was finished and boy did it pop! Compliments abounded from friends, neighbors, and relatives. We liked his work so much that two years or so later we hired him again, to do the back yard this time, complete with a water feature, large flagstone patio/walkways, and yes, more boulders! During the consultation and after learning I wanted a waterfall of sorts incorporated into the design to surprise my wife, he got absolutely giddy after seeing the perfect place. He walked up the short incline and pointing to the ground stated, "this is where the water will come out like a spring", then split into 2 separate and smaller falls/rapids wrapping around a small island of evergreen trees, and finally collecting in a large deep pool at the bottom where the recirculating pump would be located. He was so "stoked"! This project also turned out perfect and was so complimentary to the backyard. Photos of both yards are attached. So last year we decided to move to a new location where the front yard again needed some "TLC", i.e. new landscaping. I called Derek to see if he was interested and within a week or so he came for the consultation and then subsequent to that came out yet again to spend a few hours on site developing the landscape plan. Work on the 3rd project took 2 weeks to complete and a few photos are also attached. It is almost winter and so we will wait until he Spring to add plants, so it looks a little naked right now. It therefore goes without saying that Derek and his crew are top notch, professional, and most importantly, can be trusted as other Yelp reviews have stated. Regarding the work itself, the crew are very careful to position important landscape elements for maximum impact and are always interested in home owner input. If you don't care for the way something is looking, they will work with you to correct the problem. They are always careful to cleanup once everything was done and I cannot emphasize too much how much we again enjoyed working with Derek and his crew. Otherwise, why would we have used Randles Landscape & Design on 3 major projects?

The construction was a challenge in so many ways, mainly because of the limitations and restrictions due to the small lot size and being high-bank waterfront. When we started the project it took over a year to find the right builder. We wanted someone we felt we could trust, who could fit our budget, was creative and resourceful without sacrificing quality, and someone easy to work with. Justin and his crew were all those and so much more. The work they do is meticulous. Every detail is well thought out. Not only could we trust and lean on them to make the right decisions on our behalf because we were so busy with work during the process, but they came up with countless ideas and suggestions that enhanced the home, yet magically within budget. Now after living in the home for 8 months we are still in awe with this amazing home we are living in that totally surpassed what we originally envisioned. There are so many more reasons why I would highly recommend them. To sum it up, Justin and his crew made the entire building process an enjoyable experience and exceeded our expectations.

They are cheaper than the supermarket eggs I used to get, and I KNOW where these eggs come from. We see the happy, healthy chickens when we visit early enough, among other lovely animals. Cliff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; he is always ready with information and conversation, and makes the shopping experience delightful. He tells us where products come from, how they are raised or produced. He makes sure we know what is available and tells us what we can expect to see in future. Thus far, we have only experienced this farm's beautiful, nutritious, orange-yolked eggs, but I want everything there. The price per pound for roasting chickens is, I recall, very competitive for the superb quality you can expect. I can't wait to try the beef and duck, too, and their gorgeous-looking produce. Abundantly Green also carries products from farms in the area, including Blackjack Valley's excellent milk and Stedman's honey, which I have enjoyed for many years. The store offers goats' milk, too, and several kinds of goat cheese, goats' milk soaps, and fermented veggies. Last I heard, they are working on getting set up to accept credit and debit payments. I am not sure how that is going because we always make sure we have cash. I will ask next time I have the opportunity.

They had some cute little photo areas for the kids. Little tractors for them to play on and take some pics. Their gift shop/pumpkin buying area was cute. We got two mini pumpkins for 50c. They had a little trail with pumpkins, would have been more fun if the path was cleared a little and if they had a pumpkin decorating area to add your own pumpkin for fun. They had a treats/snack area and I thought it was really cute. Mini and big caramel apples. Popcorn, chips and drinks. There were some blood (juice) bags, they are so cute, just for Halloween. When the weather is nice, it's a nice area for the kids to burn some energy running around the field. Staff was very friendly!

We bought three large loads of three quarter minus rock to have our driveway redone. The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging. We'd be happy to do business with Kitsap Quarry again!
