They really went above and beyond in repairing exterior cracks along the base of our brick walls, surrounding our home. They repaired cracks in the driveway. They also fixed areas of brick, doing a careful job of color-matching. They also poured a concrete pad for our trash & recycling bins, carefully crafting a nice-looking edge to prevent the bins from rolling into the alleyway. Lastly, they came inside and repaired cracks in our stained concrete floors, making sure to smooth the concrete so it would be soft on bare feet. The team was versatile, hard-working, honest, careful, and good about wearing masks. They carefully cleaned up when they left, too! Would definitely hire again. But, the TX office said that they would get someone out to honor the warranty. After a month of calling them everyday it is the same story. "We are still trying to get someone out there". I have heard many other similar horror stories (after they worked on my house, of course). BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Abry Brothers says they've been in business since 1840? I called East Texas Slab Masters to help me stop the patio drift. Someone came by (I forget his name) and offered me an estimate. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He also offered to put some mortar or caulk (I forget exactly what) into the bricks on the side of my garage. It took over a week, but I suspect that had more to do with how busy contractors everywhere are in this area. I came back, and it was fixed, and that is one big headache solved. For the services rendered, I believe the price was quite reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who needs honest service on the most important part of their house; the foundation.

There is still rotten wood under my house, AC vents covered in dirt and a specific closet area that is still extremely uneven. Workers are undoubtedly underpaid and overworked. Second time they came to the house 3 were out to injuries/sick and the other two were still able to work bud had injuries.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I had a long-standing relationship with the owners and had referred business to them in the past. Because of that history, I extended far more patience and understanding than most customers likely would have. Before posting this review, I sent a detailed message requesting a phone call, a completion plan, and a timeline for addressing the outstanding issues and project-related damage. I never received a response. Communication, accountability, and follow-through are critical when hiring a contractor. Unfortunately, my experience with Stable Home Foundation Repairs fell far short of those expectations.
