I met Dr Fuller, who has been amazing in every way possible. She is extremely intelligent, explains things in a way you can understand, and will spend quality time with you. She has seriously been a godsend. I'm getting to a point where I am feeling relief. She even gives me effective exercises to do at home which have been helping. Everyone here is so friendly, positive, and will put a smile on your face. I've brought my daughter with me several times, and they have always been so sweet to her. He was very short with responses to the questions I had while also failing to inform me that my back hurting was still a possibility after the advised wait time he recommended before returning to work. When I had called him about the excruciating pain and not being able to do my job, he claimed it was a test run and now we know we need to do more treatment. He used my only source of income as a test run and as a result I was let go and almost lost everything. When confronted about this through email, he ignored everything and wanted to transfer me to a different doctor so he wouldn't have to deal with it. Covid lockdown in IL in 2020 blocked…read moreall local physical therapy (hereafter 'PT') options so I've driven 100+ miles round trip 1x/week for the past 6 months to Crown Point. Dr. Art is phenomenal - he quickly, accurately diagnosed underlying cause of my shoulder pain, explained it and then prescribed a relatively simple PT cure - stretching & progressive strengthening exercises. It has produced amazing results - my shoulder pain is virtually gone and as an added bonus my upper arms look great! Next my wife strained her lower back 2 mos. ago so I brought her with. Dr. Art diagnosed and remedied her back pain. But much more importantly he convinced my wife she might be able to overcome her balance issues (resulting from suffering a stroke 17 yrs ago) & possibly eliminate her reliance on a cane if she undertook a PT exercise program (again stretching & progressive strengthening exercises). In 8 weeks she's made great progress so we're very optimistic! Finally Dr. Art's been considerate & flexible re our stingy insurance provider - since they won't cover our PT sessions we pay Dr. Art directly. He charges us less than the trainer at our health club would charge while delivering exceptional results! We greatly appreciate Dr. Art's help! This is an update to a prior review. Advanced Pain Care is located in Hobart, IN. I been going to…read morethis place for many months being promised pain relief, but was told it was a long process. Well the pain has not gotten any better but has gotten worse. Ive asked my doctor, dr. ring why I am in more pain since performing a procedure, but he wouldn't answer my questions. I have left messages for him both in person and by phone to no avail. I have chosen to find a new doctor so my husband recently went to his office and spoke to him because the office hasn't responded to a request for my records. My husband said Dr Ring immediately became condescending and controlling. As the conversation progressed my husband maintained his composure, but he said the doctor became ruder by the minute. Dr. Ring eventually threatened to call the police if my husband didn't leave as well as telling him he was trespassing and to never come back. Not wanting any trouble he did leave. We decided to do some research on him as a result of this experience. We found from online reviews and people we spoke to    that he immediately resorts to calling the police and tells you that your trespassing if you question him in any way. He initially seems cordial so you get drawn in due to your pain, but months later you realize you're worse off and you get no relief, just promises. His staff is completely disorganized too and there seems to be constant turnover. I can see why since its a hostile environment to patients and likely for staff too. I looked at online reviews of him and his response to them is to tell his patients their reviews of him are self serving, then accuses them of being drug adicts. This is beyond appalling. He has also been investigated before and you can find that info if you do some research too. We have never seen anything close to resembling this mans behavior and he should be investigated, again. I am traumatized by my experience, still in chronic pain, and left wondering if the procedure he performed has left me with with permanent nerve damage. For those seeking relief from pain we understand how difficult it can be to find a doctor who can not only help, but one you can trust through the entire process. If you find a doctor in your search and sense something wrong on your first visit, leave and continue your quest, but don't lose faith. Please take this review seriously and do your research so what happend to us never happens to you.

I really like that he kinda does a little massage ,pushing around the bothersome areas to loosen it up before manually adjusting. Since I do a lot of labor where I'm lifting heavy things, moving heavy things, etc. I kept injuring myself. I decided to go about once a month for maintenance. What a difference that has made. I have not seriously gotten hurt since. He also gave me an easy exercise to do for an old bothersome injury. What a difference that made too! He really knows how to help heal the body. My husband also had an older injury in his shoulder. He went to Dr a couple times, he gave him a simple exercise and his shoulder does not bother him anymore. Everyone's body is different, Dr. Brian's goal truly is to heal no matter what problem you have. Internally, externally,he genuinely cares and wants you well! Another update: had diagnosed Strep turned into walking pneumonia after the antibiotics didn't fully work.......I couldn't sleep laying down at all, and I had a kinked neck to boot. Went to see Dr. Brian. fixed kink asap...He put me on a regimen of vitamins and tinctures. First night I felt 50% better, 2nd night even better & I slept last half of night able to lie down and 3rd I was pretty much over it. I did go back on 3rd day to do another really awesome treatment he did for the lymph system. I wanted an extra boost considering the time of year. Great to feel better so quickly! Can't say enough good things! Highly Recommend!! I also want to say a thank you to Cathy! Every time I call or go in her attitude is professional & genuine.
