My boyfriend even called them the moment I got sick to give them as much notice as possible, yet they still refused to waive a $45 cancellation fee. It's absurd to penalize a patient for a sudden medical emergency. Apparently, they would have preferred I showed up mid-illness and thrown up on the doctor instead of staying home. They clearly value a one-time $45 fee over long-term patient loyalty. They've officially lost a customer for good. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same if they want a provider that actually treats people like human beings

Another update: had diagnosed Strep turned into walking pneumonia after the antibiotics didn't fully work.......I couldn't sleep laying down at all, and I had a kinked neck to boot. Went to see Dr. Brian. fixed kink asap...He put me on a regimen of vitamins and tinctures. First night I felt 50% better, 2nd night even better & I slept last half of night able to lie down and 3rd I was pretty much over it. I did go back on 3rd day to do another really awesome treatment he did for the lymph system. I wanted an extra boost considering the time of year. Great to feel better so quickly! We stopped the medication yet she suffered with a new form of pain, which we thought was Piriformis Syndrome. We decided to see Dr. Sam because we didn't want her to be in any medication again. On the first visit, she talked about "white blood pressure" and it all made sense to us that my mother did not need the statins in the first place. When at home, her blood pressure is always good. And only in doctor's clinics does she feel stressed thus register high blood pressure everytime she sees a doctor! Dr. Sam treated my mother in 4 visits, explaining the big nerve and the muscles that are impacted by the exercises that she taught my mom. She not only healed her, she empowered my mother. I also appreciate that she truly listens. We could have been shunned for "reading too much in the internet", but she never did that, in fact, she walks with us in the thought process of understanding my mom's pain.
