Back on the phone to speak with Mr. Grossi, who said he requested a "form' from my ins. company, but 2 days had passed, no form. Fast forward 5 days. No cancel form sent to me from Dan Grossi. Then I emailed Mr Grossi with another request. No response. A week passed since my first cancel request. The withdrawal was at my doorstep, so I contacted the above insurance company directly. They stopped the withdrawal and canceled my policy in 10 minutes. The person I spoke to said, "apparently your agent, doesn't know how to do this." I agree. First call was referred to Dan Grossi. Second call, Dan said he was still waiting on this form? Third email contact ignored completely. Fourth call by me yielded a fix in 10 minutes. This agent's office is very poorly run and they are unable to understand or explain basic billing…read morepractices. I cancelled my policies in May and was charged for the renewal in June. Upon trying to contact them to understand why, I was given multiple reasons that were inconsistent and false (I cancelled too late (even though I have a confirmation letter of the cancellation date), my new State Farm agent was applying the payment to the new policies (not accurate for state to state transfers), and finally that I lost a multi line discount in February (which was never communicated to us and still doesn't make sense why I would be charged in June)). Roshanna was rude to me and consistently spoke over me and even called my new agent and was rude to them and misled me about their conversation. They won't let you actually speak to Craig when asked and consistently say he is busy or in meetings. She claimed she would have billing put together a statement for me - which is interesting that a statement needs to be created for something I was already charged for with no paper trail. This office is very dishonest and misleading in my experience. Highly recommend insuring elsewhere.

My family had purchased multiple policies from Craig Griffith's office for several decades. They…read morehave always been extremely responsive to sales calls... very detailed and willing to take the time to explain various aspects of policies. While that is appreciated, it's not unsurprising for an office to be approachable and accessible when sales are involved. More recently I had the misfortune of having to file a claim. I felt State Farm (as a larger company) was not handling our claim properly - every call was conflicting and confusing and if you missed a call it was impossible to get them back on the line. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and my request was denied. So, I reached out to Craig Griffith's office asking just that - could they simply tell me how I should go about speaking to a supervisor or manager in claims? The response was to, again, ignore my request and ask when we could discuss a new policy. When Craig himself got involved (near the end of the email chain) I had already asked about changing my agent. Craig proceeded to paint me in an unethical light by implying I asked his office to override a claim decision. I never did ask that nor would I do such a thing - I had only asked if they knew how I could speak to someone else in claims. (FWIW, I ended up calling another agent and found out I wasn't using the right number... easy problem to solve but the first assumption by Craig Griffith's office was that I was dishonest and fraudulent.) I agree with the reviews that state they are positive, responsive, and rates are reasonable - with sales - but the true test of customer service is when there is a problem and their immediate response was to throw our business away.
