Then explained my financial situation and told them if I need a co-sign I have one.. Amanda behind the desk went on to say .. that shouldn't be an issue at all .. They look at the referral you get from previous landlord.. which I got a great referral.. get a call and said I was denied because of my debt to income ratio.. which great and I had explain to them about my issues and I can get a co-sign .. She said that is great but, they already rented out that place.. WOW.. If that would of been the case I would of had a co-signer in the first place.. so shady... Just do better!!!
