Matt is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. He had no trouble at all with snaking the main, but before he could put his equipment away a secondary issue was discovered. Matt had to climb up on the roof and clean out the vent pipe and did it with ease. (The toilet has been having intermittent issues and needs replacement.) They immediately connected with me and offered to come out the same day (but I still had not gotten the new toilet.) We scheduled for the day after, and they were here by the promised time. The team quickly removed their shoes at the front door without being asked (not my general experience with many repair teams) and started working. They finished almost precisely at 90 minutes despite a minor complication. (The basement/toilet drain was not draining well which they augered out.) It was explained to me that it was likely a combination of time and a 20-year-old toilet (which did not generate enough force). Other than minimal dust and grime, they did not leave any bigger messes for me to clean up. They were professional, and their price was well aligned with other companies. They did not sell me on any additional service plans but did guarantee their service for a year. (There is a 4% for credit card transactions.)

Their team initially installed piping incorrectly, which resulted in leaks and required them to return to fix their mistake. Later, we discovered they had also crossed the plumbing lines -- hot water came out of the cold side in both the shower and sink, and the toilet was flushing hot water. Correcting this error required a large hole to be cut into our brand-new drywall. After the finish work was completed, one of their employees called their CFO in front of us to confirm our final balance. Weeks later, we were suddenly told we owed hundreds of dollars more because they claimed I had made some sort of side "deal" with their plumber, which is absolutely false. Throughout the process, they provided multiple estimates and invoices that did not match the final amount they demanded. To make matters worse, they withheld payment to the contractor who repaired the drywall damage caused by their mistake until they received the additional money they claimed we owed. In the end, we were left paying out of pocket to repair damage caused entirely by their team's errors. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before hiring this company.

We took time out of our schedules to be there for the appt. Each time we waited hours and he never bothered to show or even bother to return our calls.

In late July I had a plumbing company come out and try to unclog my main sewer pipe. The company…read moretold me the main pipe was colapased. I called Chris with Quality Plumbing to give me a second option and he told me he put a camera through the sewer pipe and it was not collasped, and able to get through the clog. The drain was slow but I thought it was good because Chris told me the camera did not see there was anything wrong with the pipe. In November the drain was not draining, if I took a shower it would take 2 days to drain. I called Chris for 2 weeks with no answer. Chris finally answered my call and said he would come out with his equipment, which at that time it took him over a week. When he came out he said the pipe was collapsed and needed to call all the utility companies so when he dug up the sewer pipe he would not hit the gas line or any other utility line. Chris did call all the utilities, and they all came out and marked the under ground lines. From there I never heard from him again, outside of 2 weeks after he had the utilities marked, he claimed he had had a family death and forgot his phone, and promised me he was not ignoring me. Chris let me and my family live with sewer sludge in my basement for a month and a half total in waiting for him to come and fix it as promised. I finally got a hold of another company that did dig up the pipe and fix it. My problem is, shame on Chris for just blowing me and my family off, it only takes a second to answer the phone and let us know you will not be back. SHAME IN YOU!
