I had to approach one of the two employees behind the counter to ask to see a pair of shoes in my size. When she returned she told me that my size was not available but she brought me the next size up. I appreciated that she tried to offer something however when I asked to see them she held the box out without even bothering to open the lid or assist me in any way. My hands were full so I had to put my items down in order to open the box to view the shoes. At this point I had already decided I was not going to by any shoes from them. There were three other patrons in the store and neither of the two employees offered to assist anyone unless someone asked. They were too busy talking about their personal lives to pay attention to their customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WON'T RETURN TO THIS STORE.

I live by an AE retail store but sometimes the outlet stores are able to stock other things a normal retail store doesn't have. If you're looking for deals I find, NB to be hit or miss... lately it's been hit though with some of the sales on the back wall. I picked up a few pairs recent and two were on the back wall so they were an additional 30% off which was great. I also grabbed a pair of 2002Rx's in navy which isn't always easy to find so they were $150 with no sales... which is expected. I have had the tanger app forever and there are always coupons and such so I pulled it up and there was a weekend promotion going on and it was the last day. I tried to use it and instead of trying any of them, the manager just said that only the lesser one worked and it wouldn't work on clearance... which is expected. I asked why the lesser coupon would work but not the larger one and he said New Balance doesn't really like to participate in the tanger deals because they're more of an elevate brand and don't like to be associated with coupons. Last I checked, we were at a "factory store" in an outlet mall so discounts is the name of the game here. I wasn't looking for anything extra, I just want to make sure that if there is a discount available, I'd rather not pay extra or to be made like I'm a cheapo for trying to do so. I've never understood that with retail workers in a corporate store... like, the money isn't going into your pocket, why wouldn't you try to get the customer a better deal? Aside from that interaction at the register, the employees were very helpful and the store is super clean and organized. I'm sure I'm sure I'll be back, but I can find great deals online too.

I like the fit, not so much the quality and much less the customer service. I was recently at the store in Raleigh and I could see a lot better inventory than the Outlet and the employee at the outlet said they can't compete with the stores and they carry only the "lemons" however the prices aren't any lower at this place to make me go back.

The boots are well organized and the different materials used to make each boot are well marked. They also have a small complimentary bar for a drink while you shop (though we weren't offered anything). I didn't go until today and a Mr. Greg helped me. I Had brought both pairs in to show comparison And only hoping to get the ruined pair replaced. He looked them over, did some magic and told me to go pick out 2 pairs of shoes for the girls. I nearly cried and only had to pay a $26 difference. Other stores we went to prior made the process so complicated and overwhelmed us with options. Tuxedo Junction was very efficient.... minus the fact that we weren't able to take it home with us that evening, so I had to drive back the next morning to get the tuxedo hours before prom. They give a return date for the rental and I had a family emergency. They gave me some grace and didn't charge me for not returning it on time. I really appreciated that.
