She had been in the hospital since Wednesday, September 2, 2026. While waiting in my mom's room, I heard a woman asking for someone to come. She had been calling for maybe 5 minutes. Then she got louder and called for someone to help her and still no one came to check on her, so I went to the door and looked down the hallway, no one was around. I was trying not to leave my mom's room because she was in the bathroom so I was trying to stay nearby in case she needed help, so I yelled out can someone come help this woman, no one came. I asked my mom if she was okay, and she said yes, so I walked down the hallway and looked around the corner where there were two nurses at the desk. I said that the woman kept calling for help and they said that they were aware. This angered me, because 3 years ago my husband died in a nursing home where he was there for a short respite. The day that we went to pick him up they said that he died. I don't know why or how many times that this woman was calling for help but for them to ignore her like that is uncalled for. The day before this happened there was a nurse's protest for better wages and more nurses. I agree that nurse's should be paid more and that there should be more of them in the hospitals, but for the two nurse's that were there they should have checked on that woman and taken care of her needs.

I was promised to be trained by the company and certified! Upon entering this position there was no structure or training plan in place or provided! The management staff up to corporate was unprofessional, Verbal communication to staff was inappropriate rude and belittling. The administrator Kathy indulged in hearsay (gossip) often & abuses her authority with her title. I was paged to the office to ask how my experience was so far in the building, but it turned into her gossiping to me about coworkers and other employees around the building. The leadership was awful! The lady Yvonne from corporate stated to other management staff that it was not her job to train me which made me notice the lack of team work and lack in management to assure their staff was properly equipped informed and knowledgeable to their duties under their titles . The Cna staff was purposely put on schedule, would travel to work just to be sent home with no pay because the company was manipulating the schedule due to them being used for the state survey. I worked hours that staff members witness me work and the company refused to pay me for. The patients are being neglected, not given activities to help with their diagnosis's or give them mental stimulation. Sanitation efforts for the facility are not provided. Resident seldomly had clean attire to wear.. barely had enough shoes! Patients were observed on several occasions walking around with holes in clothing that were filthy so you can tell they haven't been changed in days. When I addressed this concern I was told by Yvonne from corporate not to step on staff (CNA) feet! The company needs to replace all staff including corporate with people who are actually compassionate display teamwork and want to make the place a better facility by continually educating their staff with corrective criticism along with action by its leaders (Management/corporate) If my experience as being apart of management was poor I can only imagine what this facilities residents are feeling during their experience living here!!!!

They cut your wages when you leave to min wage which includes vacation pay and that is so wrong! They make you work through your lunch hour which is illegal. They feed the residents crap food and are just poorly run. I wouldn't send your loved one there nor would I recommend anyone work there with how they treat you. "Everyone must be treated fairly", what a joke. I called this so called "Corporate Compliance" number and got a recording. So much for speaking live to someone as they say...another joke

My personal experience, as well as the experiences of my family members at this facility has been very positive. The facility's Administration has an open door policy and has been willing to listen to issues or concerns I had or my family members had, and then quickly addressed them. Staff members, from Nurses, to CNAs, to Housekeepers and Maintenance have been highly responsive and attentive, and the facility is kept very clean. The facility also has an excellent Physical and Occupational Therapy staff who really go out of their way to work with the residents who receive therapy. I would give this facility a 5 star rating except they need to improve the food menu, and improve the resident call-button response time.

These people always have a bad day everybody from the to the CNA's to the receptionist asshole in the phone to the housekeeping gentleman that's keeping the place clean. They all seem to be having a bad day every time I visit this facility. It's just weird y'all even if underpaid location when you people find something else to do
