I have witnessed many changes; upgrades and improvements to the facility as well as the hiring of more highly qualified specialists. Slowly and carefully dealing with the recent passing of my birth mother, my care team has advised and ordered many tests. Most of us are aware that roots run deep. My mom suffered with heart issues and one of those issues caused her death. I arrived early for my bloodwork and EKG. I have two follow up appointments next week and will keep you posted. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take really good care in making me comfortable knowing my fear of needles. There is one thing that recently disappointed me. That is finding out that my primary care physician is retiring at the end of this month. Something I was not aware of. The receptionist kept stating that a letter was supposed to be mailed out. I'm happy I will get to see her next week, say goodbye and wish her well.

Told me they could not give me meds and sent me home same day with Flonase. Got home. Threw up. Fell backwards. Crazy coughing. Heavy lungs. Tried to tough it out but breathing was becoming difficult. Had my sister take me to a different urgent care and they immediately found very low sodium and influenza A and a bacterial infection. Gave me meds and a sodium IV drip and I Stayed overnight. I Felt much much better. I would have died if I went another day. No joke. That's really bad service. The quality of the care is dangerous. Go someplace else.

They first tested for COVID & 17 other viruses which came back negative. ERICA D. gave him a thorough exam, listened to his lungs, even found wax buildup in his ears. He's a cardiac patient and susceptible to pneumonia but before I could ask, she ordered a chest ex-ray. Because of the ex-ray, he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and prescribed steroids and antibiotics. I value how thorough she was and how she listened to our concerns and symptoms, which enabled her to diagnose him accurately. I had to pay $175 to be seen for two minutes and walk away with no remedy. Fast forward two months and my card was charged another $75 without my consent or any kind of notice. I called and complained for them to say it's policy and what I signed for when being seen. BEWARE! In the end I had to go to a different doctor and it turned out I DID need meds, I will be contesting the charges with my bank for fraudulent since there was barely any services rendered and the services received were less than adequate. I've been to a midwest express clinic near my home before but this time i decided to go right after…read morework and this was the nearest one. i'm so glad i made that decision! i walked in, the place was clean and the receptionist was very kind! i was called in with the nurse pretty quickly and that process was very fast but not rushed! the best part was the doctor! she was very thorough with everything and asked many questions and made me feel like she was truly providing me with the best solution possible for my problem. i have ocd and a very anxious person but the doctor made me feel very informed and calm and i left the office fully confident in what she prescribed me. ill definitely choose this location over the one by my home as this experience was one i hope to have with any care provider!

My diagnosis was upper respiratory infection aka common cold. The cure is just to wait it out. I did however get a prescription for an oral anesthetic which helped relieve the annoying sore throat pain. The prescription was conveniently transmitted electronically to the adjoining CVS. The nurse practitioner did a quick test to rule out strep throat. I also conveniently got a seasonal flu shot. Their services are limited. But it was quick and convenient to have someone look at my throat.
