It includes, hands, feet, face, etc.. The massage was very relaxing and the right amount of pressure. I'm normally very tense around my neck and shoulders and Chris really did a great job massaging those areas. I broke my foot 6 months ago and still recovering a bit, Chris used heat and ice on it.
