We got caught in the pouring rain but I didn't mind once I had my laptop and their wifi, sitting in the shaded bay while getting some work done. Came here on a whim and very much enjoyed our time. We played at the tracetracker bays which is the same technology Topgolf uses. We were even excited to see that the same angry birds game that is at top golf is also here. It was fun to not feel rushed while also practicing. There is also a par 3, places to practice chipping, places to practice putting, and a traditional driving range. There is plenty of shade and you don't get overheated too quickly. Lost my driver head while at the range. Didn't want to run out with it being so busy so I asked management to help me get it. They claimed they were too busy at 4pm and had no one to help and I should come back when they close to get it. So I come back and midnight and am forced to search for it in the dark with the flashlight on my phone and can't find it. Management turns on the sprinklers and says to come by in the morning to get it. I come by in the morning and management is claiming they can't find it. Absolutely no help whatsoever and I'm now out $400. I will never spend another dime at this place and will recommend everyone I know to avoid it. Who knew my best option at the time was to run out into the middle of a packed driving range? I guess I would have done it if I knew that was the only way I'd get my driver head back. its a large range with tech on one side with mat and the other side with grass. It is very expensive. $24 for 80 balls is quite a lot. I can get 100+ balls for $20 at other range. They're also very packed on weekends at night. Clean, can spend hours here. read more

Love it! Not commercialized like Top Golf, which I really like. I am new to golf and its been great so far! Even when it is busy, there is never a long wait. We just walk over the putting and chipping greens while we wait. Chippin aint easy so its a nice "forced" practice while I wait. Par 3 course we did or my bday. Im 42 yr old female and feel absolutely completely comfortable going here by myself or with friends! The hot dogs are also so good! This is my go to spot. Bryan is awesome and has given me some great pointers to help with my chipping and driving. Shoutout to Matthew who has helped us many times in the bays!!! read more

Very fun place. Have visited multiple times in the past with my boyfriend but I just recently came yesterday and had another great experience. I was freezing cold & I didn't know this but they actually have heaters everywhere & sell hot chocolate- perfect for enjoying even during cold weather. Very nice& the hot cocoa was super yummy!!! Great place to practice. Heated when the weather is colder. And some music playing. The hitting bays with the shot tracking are excellent. I have multiple sessions and it's great to dial in distances for each club. Would prefer to hit off grass with the tracking but I can see how that's not possible. The only knock on the software is that you can tag specific clubs in your sessions. I changed irons and would like to be able to mark them as iron A and iron B, etc. to see the differences. Would also be good to be able to add weather to the stats to know if the wind was blowing in or across of whatever. Overall very good and I keep going back. read more

Every time I drive out to hit golf balls, there is no parking whatsoever and it's so overcrowded it's a nightmare. Don't come after 5:00PM.

Great driving range if you're looking for a nice place to practice your swing. They even have shot tracers.

It's busy, but that's because it's GOOD! Wish I had one 5 minutes from my house like I have while visiting for a few weeks. Toptracer technology works well, if you have a decent idea what you are doing. Recommend downloading the App and getting a free account before you go. I've been there about 6 times, played the par 3 skins game on Friday- Randall is awesome! -- and I've used the range and practice areas. Be prepared to wait a little bit for the hitting bay, especially on Tuesday's when the free competitions happen on TopTracer. Otherwise, enjoy! It's a great deal. read more

If you're a younger golfer (20s) I wouldn't recommend. Brought my friend for the first time and the older gentleman who I think is the manager/owner made it a point to come and ask us in the middle of the par 3 if we had checked in. (Acting like it's a country club when the grass hasn't seen water or a mower in months). He just said okay and rudely watched us tee off on the next hole. Overheard him bragging about giving lessons and I'm not sure he's even has his PAT to be giving lessons. Your money is better off being spent at Lake Park where the staff is nice, range is cool with lake views, and they'll let you go thru the 9 hole a couple times. read more

This place is such a hit!!! Bring your golf bag, and pay for your balls not the bay. Cheaper and more fun than top golf. I loved how well taken care of this place is. There is a par 3 course (with lights for the dark) there, chipping and putting, and more. Food was great and cheaper. Will be back very soon. read more

This rating is just for their 9 hole short game. Played 18 today (9 twice). $54 for me and my wife and the course conditions are abysmal. Can't understand how they can charge that much for something so bad. The rest of the facility looked pretty nice.... read more

You have to wait so long for a bay to open. The bay management should be fixed as it is a first come first serve basis but their is no max on the number of balls a bay can purchase, nor time limit. read more

This has been my go to driving range for the last 15ish years. No doubt it has seen it's ups and downs, moving locations, changing owners, etc. However, the new owner has decided that people would like to pay $28 for a large bucket of balls. That's ~115 balls I believe. Yes, they put in hitting bays with synthetic turf mats to hit from and I'm sure they have some kind of shot tracing that shows you how far you hit the ball. No, I don't care. If I wanted to go to Top Golf then I'd go to Top Golf. I came to this facility to actually practice golf. It looked like they still have a grass hitting area at the far side of the property but the balls aren't any cheaper if I choose to hit from there. Honestly, if I'm going to pay that much to practice golf then I'm just going to go play actual golf with Sherrill Park or Watters Creek twilight rates. read more

First, the positive... I have been visiting the variations of this range for the better part of 10-15 years. The evolution to adding covered bays with modern mats is great and the top tracer tech, while not always accurate, is helpful when hitting at night and trying to get a feel for distance/accuracy. The renovations don't bother me in the slightest... it shows they're investing in the business; something previous owners refused to do. The bad... pricing. $19.50 for a medium bucket of 75 balls is just crazy expensive. The memberships leave a lot to be desired too. I'd pay a premium for an unlimited monthly option but $20/mo for a slight discount per bucket isn't worth it IMO. All in all, it'll be on my list of places to check out for convenience but for half the price, I'll probably just drive a bit further up the road to Watters Creek. read more

The grass is in abysmal shape outside of the bays they're building. I guess they gave up on the grass because they're building bays? Staff is great, I'm looking forward to the completion of the bays but don't plan to come back until they're complete. Anyways, I have better grass to hit off of in my backyard. Been coming here for years through 3 different management teams and owners. last owner knew how to grow and manage grass. New management is engaged in combining both grass and top golf like experience. I thought i would not like the the change, however the staff is maintaining grass sections and par 3 course in great shape. transitioning from 5 bays to use top tracer tech to over 40!!! Young, energetic staff is very committed to welcoming all to the range! Teaching pros are experienced and tech all levels and ages. Junior programs are well organized staffed well. Staff is young (relatively!) working hard to get all top tracer bays ready for action. This is going to be the place to be to improve your game with tech and hands on Dont be put off by negative comments as construction has been in progress but almost over. Plenty of good grass and sand traps to practice. Please put this practice facility on your best list to practice in Dallas area! read more

This is an absolutely fantastic place to develop your game. After hitting on either premium mats at the toptracer bays or on the grass range, you can then go to the short game area with a chipping and putting green, and a 9 hole par 3 course. Extremely friendly staff and affordable coaching as well. The Range Pass subscription makes going more than 2-3 times a month extremely affordable compared to similar companies such as TopGolf. read more

Don't normally go this far north, but I had some time and thought I would try it out. Positives: 1. Large hitting area 2. High number of hitting spots 3. Good qualty practice balls. My bucket did not contain very many bad balls. 3. Putting green was ok. Better than some, not as good as others. 4. Square footage of each individual hitting area was a decent size. Somewhat larger than the average. Negatives: 1. Grass was too beat down and thin. There were some spots with fuller grass, but I surveyed a number of hitting spots and found the grass condition to be consistent as described. Could be the time of year, but considering most of the ranges I have hit on recently have a good amount of nice fluffy grass (as you would experience on a fairway), this was quite disappointing. 2. This is probably the most unattractive range I have hit on. Drab, dark with what appears to be painted TV dishes as distance markers. 3. The price of 75 balls at $13.00 is excessive. I generally pay an average of $9.00 for 70-75 balls in the southern half of the metroplex and the ranges are comparable or better. And without TV dishes. Summary: If your options are limited, then you might want to try driving a little further. Of these things don't matter to you, no problem. If you want more bang for the buck, check out some of the other ranges that aren't too far away. read more

I used to come here several times a week and loved the quality of the REAL grass, now they have doubled their price because they turned 3/4 of the facility into mats. The top racer is nice on occasion, but don't force me to use it. Please figure out a way to have normal prices for those that want to hit balls off the grass area! read more

The driving range has lots of open bays on two sides of the range. We were able to have some space away from other people. The par 3 is not open (under renovation). We look forward to going back when the work is completed. We returned to practice on the driving range. It was easy to get a large bucket of balls and find an open spot. read more

I am a regular here and love the staff and the complex, sometimes grass is a bit gnarly but that is purely just based off weather and heavy traffic, the group here is top notch and is my go to driving range. The instruction staff is great as well if you ever need lessons! read more
