Had a really great experience leasing my car here. Andrew was very helpful and refreshingly didn't…read morehave that typical pushy salesman energy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit without making it feel overwhelming. He and Gerard (Business Manager) worked out a great price for me, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Honestly made what's usually a stressful experience feel easy. I would definitely recommend them. Even bringing my car in for service was a great experience. The staff was professional, communicative, and kept me updated while I waited for them to finish the service. Definitely consistent all around.

Hyundai of rt110 will lie cheat and steal their way into not covering warranty work at all costs…read more Our car with less than 20K miles on it had a door handle stop working, a clip had broken inside the door and they refuse to cover it because its not a manufacturer defect. How tf does a clip break inside the door and somehow thats our fault? I dont think Incredible hulk can pull a door handle hard enough to make the inside of the door break. It also had a frayed wire causing a check engine light to come on. They claimed that someone must have broken the wire while working on the car so its not covered either. NOBODY HAS WORKED ON OUR CAR!!! the wire frayed exactly at a plastic harness clip, where it was obviously rubbing on it. They even sent me pictures of it, but still want $700+ to fix it. The engine light was intermittent, the wire was attached when I brought it in, the mechanic disconnected it completely at the clip (see photo below) so now the engine light is permanently stuck on and problem is worse. The car is still under warranty, bumper to bumper. Its absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of a warranty if they will not honor it when their crappy product falls apart from nothing but regular driving. These things shouldn't break ever, let alone from just 20k miles of driving.
