I got the car delivered to my house, My son couldnt wait to drive it, got in it and felt like the alignment was off so I brought it to my mechanic, who said yes alignment was off and brakes were a little low and the rotors were grooved. So I immeditaley called Archie (who was off that day but still ansewered) and he advised me to speak to the manager which I did. I called Leo the service manager and a little back and forth he explained to me that the state level on the brakes were met which was ok by me, I was more concerned about the rotors and the alignment. I got an estimate from my mechanic of 1000 dollars and Leo generously told me he would split it with me. I really didnt think he was gonna do that. I would no doubt go back there and buy another car, And the fact that we never even met each other in person.
