Dave, the owner, has a very rude and unprofessional attitude and does not communicate effectively with customers. Before picking up my car, I called to ask for an update. His response was dismissive, saying, "Do you know there was an accident?" While I understand repairs take time, as a customer I am entitled to reasonable updates about my vehicle. When I came to pick up my car a few weeks later, I immediately noticed several issues. The gas light was on, showing less than 20 miles of gas, even though the car had gas when it was dropped off. During the test drive, the ABS and traction control lights were on--issues that were not present before the accident. I returned the car to the shop right away. After checking it themselves, they confirmed the lights were on and said they would look into it. When I returned again to pick up the car, I calmly asked Dave why the car had no gas. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he responded sarcastically, asking if I thought someone was driving my car around the city--which I never implied. I simply wanted an explanation, as picking up a car with almost no gas is unacceptable.
