My husband and I were on a weekend trip and happen to find this place online and saw it was open on Saturdays in the winter. We wanted to get a drink after hiking at hurricane ridge so we stopped by. We truly felt like we got VIP service. we bought a couple of things from the lavender shop which was super cute and had a lot of goodies and gifts. Ginger was nice enough to show us around and give us the tour. Then we had a cider tasting which exceeded our expectations. Scott is so knowledgeable and let us try 8 ciders which were all really tasty! Such nice people and really easy to talk to. We had an awesome afternoon and may have to make an excuse to come back!

My husband and I visited on a whim as soon as we arrived in the area and could not have had a better experience. Scott and Ginger chatted with us about our preferred wines to help decide which ciders would best fit our taste, and they were spot on! The lavender black currant was AMAZING! As soon as you walk into the lavender shop located on the property, the calm and peacefulness flood your senses. Such a surreal feeling to experience. Scott was kind enough to offer some suggestions on hiking locations in the area and they both made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend making this a stop when visiting the area!

Hi, my name is Cristi and I am Ginger's biggest fan. Ok here starts my review. A year ago I stumbled over to this lavender farm from my Airbnb. It was closed, but Ginger was there and she showed me around her adorable little store and told me that they are starting to produce cider. She infuses her lavender in different products and sells them in her store. I'm obsessed with her sun goddess oil. I wear it every day. Literally every day. She also grows her own wheat, and I bought a bag of it, and it comes in a beautiful hand painted bag that her sister painted. I took the flour home and we fried up clams that we had dug up with this flour and it was night and day different. It was a visual and taste difference so much so, that I threw away the store bought flour and we will never use it again. My husband has issues from store bought flour and breads and has NO issues with this home grown fresh flour. I'm obsessed. 6 months later I really needed more, so I emailed Ginger and she thoughtfully shipped me flour and face oil. So upon my most recent trip to Port Angeles we were pleasantly surprised to discover it was the same day as her cider fest! So we were able to try the ciders and they are SO good! I cant say enough wonderful things about Scott and Ginger and their adorable dog Cider that runs around and plays fetch. I'm a forever customer at this point!

We brought our cycling group here to check in with the Lavender Farm, see the lovely gift shop, sip some cider, enjoy the fabulous owners, and soak in the wonderful setting. We appreciated seeing the Freedom Flag flying proudly. We were welcomed and enjoyed the inclusive atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful place. The owners are amazing and they are creating something special. In addition to an awesome visit with these fine owners they shared with us a tasting of their favorite ciders. Debi was absolutely astonished experiencing the distillery extraction of the Lavender essential oils. She uses this calming oil in abundance and happily purchased a supply from the super cute gift store. We plan on frequently visiting to watch the pressing of the apples. Additionally we want to try the honey from the farm. Oh and best yet, did I mention they are a Harvest Host location making it even easier to visit in a RV of Van Life crowd.

Cider is made on site, sold out of a outbuilding and is delicious - my favorite is the strawberry rhubarb.

Deirdre and her husband Luke have put their talents into creating and improving upon this already gorgeous property. The lavender is high-quality and us so we're all of the products. They have put in a new playground for kids on one part of the property. They host events, including the up up circus. Please see my photo for the image and information. There's a beautiful house on the property that they rent out during the high season. It's a two night minimum and they will also do weeklong stays. The location is very close to the famous spit. There are some other places to stay nearby. Beautiful, walking, and great biking country. There are plenty places to sit outside, in the sun, or in the shade. Parking is plentiful. The girls are beautiful not only with the lavender but also with great flowers. It's really fun to go visit a number of lavender farms. You'll be happy you visited this one.

I don't even know where to start. So many wonderful things to say about this place. We loved our…read morestay and our experience here. Let's start with the farm house: Cute 2 bedroom w/additional loft, 2 bath, living room, game room and/or additional living space, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed large yard space to keep the little ones confined or the Fido's from wandering too far, large patio for summer time cocktail and bbq OR listening to Washingtons symphony (nature) while having your coffee. The bed upstairs is incredible and super comfortable. Once you hit that mattress it's lights out. And fast! Yes. That is how comfortable the bed is. The house is immaculate and cozy. It is such a perfect retreat to return to after spending your days exploring Sequim and/or Port Angeles outdoor activities. The shower is nice and powerful and the water heat last. The kitchen is fully stocked with some extras like bottled water, beers, coffee and extra condiments. Now! if you get invited to participate in the Bee Hiving experience. Do it! So worth it! And so fun! I'm slightly allergic to bees so I stayed far but watched from a safe enough space. Yet some how they still included me by bringing over honey combs and a male bee with no stinger! Fun fact you will have to learn by participating in this activity. If you get to participate in helping farm the lavender. Do it! How often are you on a farm?! If you are in Sequim it's probably because you love the outdoor activities and nature. The farm itself is also immaculate. Perfectly mowed. The lavender is perfectly trimmed. If you are lucky every morning the deers will run thru or walk thru the farm to nibble on the trees and surrounding bushes. It is too much beauty here! You will feel compelled to share it with everybody. Everything in and around is so breathtaking. This farm is just the beginning to your wonderful time exploring this area. Go and enjoy!

This gem of a family-run farm exceeded every expectation and left us not wanting to leave. One of the unexpected highlights was Farmer Andrew's Tulip Talk -- I honestly don't know why this isn't front and center in every piece of marketing, because it was absolutely wonderful. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and his talk gave our visit so much more depth and meaning. Don't skip it! The u-pick experience was pure joy. We each got to hand-select 10 stems straight from the fields, wandering through row after row of stunning colors and varieties. The farm is beautifully laid out with so many gorgeous spots to sit, slow down, and just soak in the views of the tulips against the backdrop of the Cascades. We never felt rushed -- it truly felt like they wanted you to linger and enjoy every moment. The mini Highland cows are absolutely adorable and a total delight, especially for kids. The food vendors on site were a lovely bonus -- great options for both a meal and a snack, so you can easily make a full half-day of it. What also stood out was how relaxed the atmosphere felt. It wasn't overly crowded, and the whole vibe was welcoming and unhurried. You can tell this family pours real heart into everything they do. Tulip Valley Farms is the kind of place that reminds you to slow down and appreciate something beautiful. We'll be back every spring!

This year they added a store with shirts, stickers and stuffed baby cows! Truly my favorite farm and I highly recommend you visit now!!!!
