There are a few people that create such a selfless positive impact on your life. Dr Cho it's one of those people for me He stayed the entire time and worked on my teeth for 2 1/2 hours for the 1st session and then a week later 3 1/2 hours. He took the time to fix other dentists' mistakes and other issues I had with mine. He is a genius in his profession. Not only being so knowledgeable, he cares. He saw me as a person and not just a patient. After 42 years I have never felt healthier about my teeth. My bite is better and my teeth are stronger. Do not trust the office staff!!! Once they found out that my insurance wasn't 'premium' they started treating me different. Suzanna even yelled at me that I was lucky "That they even took my insurance.". On more than one occasion Debbie cancelled my appointments without informing me. I brought my concerns to the owner, John Anderson, and he dismissed my complaints and sent me a letter informing me he was no longer going to be my dentist. Please let your insurance company know if they did this to you too!!! read more

I have always been self conscious of my teeth and it took a lot for me to finally go to the dentist and I am glad I walked through their doors. I was a longstanding client that experienced having a tooth break. I contacted them and had to wait quite a while for an appointment. When they saw me, they made sure to take lots of x-rays and clean my teeth while not addressing my problem. They made another appointment (including a long wait). At that appointment Dr. Jin Yoo was kind enough to put his instruments up my nose. When I experienced severe pain after the appointment and notified the office, I was told to just gargle with warm salt water several times a day. I told them it wasn't an issue with tissue inflammation. I felt like I had exposed nerve. They didn't listen, and made an appointment for four days later. I couldn't chew food and was in constant pain. When I went in, they couldn't find records of the visit at first and then they tried to act like nothing was wrong. Eventually they investigated and admitted that they'd forgotten to do the whole filling, and so I had exposed nerve. They then offered to fix it some other day after the weekend. I've gone to a *lot* of dentists and had a *lot* of work done, and this is the first and only time I've experienced a problem. I like dentists and was shocked that an office could be so unprofessional and unhelpful. I told them that I would not pay for the work they had done, and I contacted my insurance to make sure that they didn't accept the bill. I even talked to a supervisor to try to advise them to remove them from the insurance, so that nobody else experiences this dangerous practice. I had remembered Dr. Choi's name in connection with this, but the office has informed me it was Dr. Jin Yoo and I've been told to change my review. So, I have. Since I'm here, I'll also add that while working on my teeth I overheard staff discussing a client on the phone who has repeatedly lost their veneers. I don't know what the heck is going on at that office. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care at this center and want to warn others. My grandmother went in for her temporary dentures about 4 months ago. A few weeks into getting the temporary dentures, the bottom piece broke. We paid to have it replaced. A few weeks after that, another break. Again we had it replaced, at our cost. A few weeks later, a piece broke again. When we expressed concern that something wasn't right, that the fit wasn't properly made, or the material not strong enough, the staff was unhelpful and insisted that it was out of their control and that there was nothing to be done but replace the piece. There was nothing apologetic in their tone when we told them what was continuing to happen. My grandmother has been extremely careful with her dentures, has eaten only soft food and has taken all the precautions one can take. I find it extremely hard to believe that the temporary dentures could break 3 times over a period of a few months. If this were standard, I find it hard to believe that anyone would elect to wear dentures. Now, 4 months later, my grandmother still does not have her permanent dentures because her temporary ones kept breaking, which meant that the permanent ones could not be made. We have decided to take her to another place that will provide her with quality care. My grandmother has been in limbo with her dentures and deserves to have the permanent pieces as quickly as possible so that she can adjust to them and move forward. Not to mention the cost to us each time the temporary pieces broke. Please be careful when considering Olympic Dental for dentures. read more

when my dentist retired a few years ago, I didn't know where to go. A friend told me about Olympic Dental and Denture Center. Now I take my whole family there. The dentist was so careful to advise me on my dental issues, whether to watch and wait, or complete the service. He worked in my best interest, not the bottom line's. My cleanings have been pain free, done by experienced and professional staff. They are great with my young children too! I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Choi is the best dentist I've seen so far. Being in the military, you see a lot of dentists and even though they are very knowledgeable and professional, the appointments almost always hurt 95% of the time. I say this because they sometimes work on you before you're completely numb, and the pain after the procedure is agonizing. Dr. Choi made the procedure painless and I was comfortable the whole time. He is extremely knowledge and told me everything I needed to know about what was going on with my tooth. Also, the staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Choi. read more

The lab technician there that makes the dentures did a terrible job on my uppers. And even when I said I didn't like the way they look or feel because they were way to big for my mouth, he just said "you look fine". No I don't, and even my wife agrees they looked ridiculous and they wabbled. I have new ones now from someone who cares about their patience and knows what their doing, unlike the nimwit at Olympic Dental & Denture Center. read more
