Absolutely do not recommend this Dentist. Let's start with crowns, they love to do crowns in a manner where they're guaranteed to fail so that they can get big money for implants. This Dental practice is all about the money and keeping patients on an endless loop. They're like sleazy car salesmen in a bad part of town. I actually had to get the attorney general for the state of Washington involved because of their illegal in house insurance plan and their illegal billing practices. Thank goodness for the Washington State Attorney General and the Washington State insurance commissioner. Fyi when looking for a new dentist go to the Health Department and look them up and you'll see all of the formal complaints and actions, you'll be amazed and horrified. read more

Finding a new dentist is always challenging. But it is especially hard when you never even see the dentist. Had an hour consultation with a tech who took 1000 x-rays because she was figuring out new machinery, but was very kind and friendly during the process even though it took longer than necessary. On the follow up of the actual cleaning only saw a dental hygienist, never a dentist throughout the entire process. Paid for the first time with my insurance that I have had for decades a co-pay. Then received a bill two months later because they charge for "specialty cleanings" not standard cleanings, even though a dentist never even looked at my teeth. Not sure what special cleaning needs to be done on someone who's never had a cavity in their life. I'm starting to understand why people hate the dentist. It's always been a lovely experience for me. I guess I have been spoiled with having wonderful dentists in the past. Anyone know a decent dentist around the area? read more

Times have changed here! Dr. Peterson didn't see that two crowns were "bridged"..and in replacing one of those crowns he damaged the bridge and the other crown.Then in repair of the two crowns they were "not sealed properly"..they failed prematurely. Upon return by my wife to extract the two teeth ..I picked up my wife and she was in tears. Dr. Cammack actually abandoned her in the chair during the consultation. He just walked out. What an ass! Blamed it on dry mouth or medications she was taking. She takes no medications. Blamed the patient abandonment on her blood pressure too high! Liars. No one treats my wife this way..no one! You've been warned about these dishonest unethical incompetent dentists! It's all about the money and they did it to this US Veteran family! read more

Dr Peterson is wonderful! He's very friendly, professional, and best of all QUICK! My appointments have all been on time, and everything accomplished in a timely manner. The entire staff is amazing with kids - I've had to bring my 3 year old and 11 month old with me before and it hasn't been a problem. Full disclosure: I had not been to the dentist in almost 6 years when I became a patient here. They made me feel completely at ease and talked me through everything they were doing, and would need to do. They are very good about showing and explaining your X-rays etc, so you know exactly what is going on. As much as one can enjoy going to the dentist, I enjoy it here! If you need more convincing, I drive 45 minutes each way to come here despite the fact that there are dentists much closer to me. Check them out, you will not be disappointed! read more

Michelle is super gentle and the office vibe is so friendly. Dr Peterson fixed my cracked tooth after my own awful dentist couldn't work me in for 2 weeks!!!! I switched the household over that day! Awesome Staff! I took my son here for his first dental checkup. I can't believe how well it went and it's all thanks to the staff & Dr. Cammack. Everyone was so patient and kind to him, they really made him feel comfortable. For a week leading up to his appointment, he was nervous and scared to go. Once we left his actual appointment, he told me he was so excited for his next appointment and couldn't wait to go back. They did a great job cleaning his teeth & even pulled his wiggly tooth out (per my request) without him even noticing. Safe to say he is no longer scared to go to the dentist. Thank you! read more

I have severe anxiety of going to the dentist therefore I had put it off for many years but after receiving treatment with Dr. Cammack and his staff, I am very happy with my decision to entrust my care to them. Everyone from the front office to the back office were all so wonderful! Brianna was just a joy to deal with and made me feel at ease. Plus, not one staff member ever made me feel ashamed or embarrassed, instead they were all compassionate and caring. Dr. Cammack was very professional and explained everything on a level I could understand. He genuinely cares about the feelings about his patients and gives you options in regards to your treatment plan. I can not recommend this office enough! I have had some poor dentist experiences over the years so I finally just quit going. I hadn't been to a dentist in years. Then, I heard great things about Dr Peterson! Plus, they were close to my home and accepted my insurance. I got so lucky!! I have been going here for 3+ years now (I have recently moved since I first started going but will happily drive 30 minutes to their office). Great staff, great service! They are truly concerned for the well being of my teeth! They fixed a couple discoloration imperfections that happened 20 years ago from braces and a painful gap I had. No other dentist has ever suggested fixing these things...I didn't even know these issues could be fixed. My teeth have never looked better and for the first time in my life I feel so comfortable smiling! Plus, the seats are heated and self-massage...total bonus! read more

Dentist Cammack found a couple of problems and outlined treatment options. I'm naturally skeptical and ask a lot of questions; his responses were humble and non defensive. This whole office is extremely friendly towards their patients which is a plus to me. Also the dentist, Dr. Peterson is so personable and so friendly which made me feel comfortable being a new patient. I had a cleaning with the dental higentist and she did an amazing job and managed to be gentle on my teeth and gums and also kept me nice and neat (no water or fluoride all over my face - the worst!) I was given a list of dentists in the near by area from my insurance so I started looking up each place individually until I saw their office and it's amenities... this has to be the most thought out place, they have a tv with headphones if you want to watch a movie, or simply easy viewing of your own teeth, massage and heated chairs. The staff was very professional yet very friendly and told me exactly what was going on each step of the way.
