Do not ever purchase parking passes through Stubhub for this parking garage. We are driving from an hour away, but yet we can't arrive at the garage until 6:30pm. Our concert doors open at 6pm and starts at 7:30pm. Unfortunately, this garage closes at 8pm meaning we and our vehicle would be stuck overnight in downtown Cincinnati. This was not disclosed to us in ANY way before purchasing our parking pass. Getting a refund has been impossible. Olympic Valet isn't fully to blame, but they shouldn't allow stubhub to misinform potential buyers. I'm leaving this review because I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake and get screwed. read more

I used their services for the first time tonight when I went to see a show at the Aronoff. I have never met such polite, young men and women and such an efficient service. The waiting area was spacious and very well lit. We did not go into the lounge because our came too fast! I usually use the open lot just there, but saw that their price was the same as Olympic so I was very glad I made that choice read more

I ended up being a monthly parker at this Garage as i needed somewhere safe to park my car thru the days/nights. I have nothing but good things to say to just about everyone i've encountered with there . The individuals who work tirelessly in the freezing cold and super hot summers deserve nothing but niceness & kindness . If you had a negative experience i'm convinced you had something to do with it . I would recommend this garage a million times over and anytime im doing anything in the city near by i'll be sure to park here . Olympic Garage is one of the best businesses I've found in Cincinnati since moving here six months ago. Honestly one of the biggest reasons downtown living feels easy, safe, and stress-free. This is the best garage in Cincinnati! When I first moved here I wanted to find a garage that was safe and easily accessible with my work schedule. I was referred to Olympic garage by my neighbor and have been parking there now for over a year. They have the friendliest people working there that genuinely take care of your car as if it were their own. Amazing customer-first approach and very accommodating with time as well. We went to see a show across the street. I typically avoid coming to this theater because I worry about parking garages alone with my daughter downtown. The staff were kind and helpful and I loved that they parked the car. I will definitely come back more frequently and use this garage. This is my favorite downtown garage. Old school valet service. Quick and careful and friendly. The location is perfect for Aronoff, 21c, the CAC, Nada, Sotto, and others nearby. The hours show that they're open 24 hours, but if memory serves, you can only get your car out until 11pm. After 11pm, you're staying overnight. Special event parking, like on a show night for Aronoff, $20. If you've got a little extra time and they aren't busy... ask to see how the attendants get upstairs so quickly. read more

We were in Cincinnati for 4 nights. Our car was vandalized the first night while parked in a different parking spot on Main Street. Our Airbnb host suggested that we park our car at Olympic Garage. The staff at Olympic took very good care of us, even ensuring that we had a parking spot upon a late arrival on a busy night. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and hard working. I cannot say enough about Mary and Richard at this garage. My mom and I parked here while we attended Book of Mormon at the Aronoff this afternoon. My mom has ALS and has incredible difficulty walking. When Mary, the lady working the window, saw that mom needed assistance, she told me when i dropped my car off that, when we returned, she would move me to the front of the pickup line so mom did not have to stand for long waiting. While I waited to pick up my car, mom waited outside. Mary must have mentioned this to Richard because when I pulled my car around to pick up mom, he was out there assisting her and he helped get her into my car. Service like this is literally unheard of these days. I live downtown, just about a block away, but I just might drive a block to my next Aronoff visit just to give these people a little more business. Competitively priced and more convenient parking for places such as Aronoff Center, 21C, Metropole, The Rightest Room and other businesses between Walnut and Main. You can't overlook this garage with the prominent sign on the side of the building. It's just past FirstWatxh restaurant. For hourly and evening parking you just pull in, receive a ticket and have your car valet parked in the garage. They do not allow in/out on the ticket and not open 24 hours. As long as you plan on picking up your car by close around 11 this is a good deal for garage parking. Nice attendants prompt with service. read more

Do yourself a favor and park literally anywhere else. Extremely rude, always trying to upcharge me. I work across the street and give this guy $50+ a week. Screamed at me for leaving my car overnight for one night. I came to pick it up at 7 am he tried to charge me another $10. Say there's a Red's game at 7 pm and I get there at 9 am I get charged $20. Yells at me like he's my abusive father. When I got there for work yesterday I was greeted with "Oh great its HER" ... not sure what his problem is. Go around the block and park next to Lola's for 12+ hours for $9.40 and save yourself the interaction with this guy. Never parking here again except on Saturdays and Sundays when you can park free because they aren't there. Seriously bothered that I ever gave this guy a single dollar. read more

This place will never get my business again long story short I parked there for the upcoming event the person didn't tell me we had to pay first so we proceeded to go to the show. When we left the show we have the man behind the glass took my ticket told us to wait for our car, I should of knew something was up because he didn't ask for money well we waited and waited all these cars was coming except ours. We'll the guy finally came over and he was not rational at all started yelling at us and making us feel uncomfortable. Couple mins later he started calling is Dikes and calling us names my partner was highly upset and this is uncalled for I will not be giving my business to this garage and you shouldn't either they have a person that is willing to call me out of my name as well as assault me it's ridiculous please go somewhere else and don't risk a headache. I would not park here. There was damage to my vehicle (front bumper)and because I noticed it after leaving the garage they are unwilling to pay for the repair. Their answer is to turn it in to my insurance. The staff have always been very nice to me on prior occasions and I have parked here often. Great value, $24 for 2 nights as stated. The car was safe, and the man that took care of us was professional and friendly.

Long story short, I went here to park on the advice of a co-worker. It took the group of employees five minutes to stop talking and realize I was there...and I had driven past them! I handed my keys over, and left. Hours later, I came back, and once again waited for the employees to notice they had a customer...right in front of them. I wasn't greeted with anything but a one word answer. I paid the fee, and waited several minutes for my car. I got in my car and came home to find damage done to my car. Worse part, the damage wasn't on the car when I brought it to the garage. All in all, this has taught me a valuable lesson: If a place seems very unprofessional, apathetic, uncouth, and utterly incompetent, do not give them your business. Went there yesterday there was a sine that said 8 dollars upon me returning the guy behind the window charged me 10 dollars and said he was the night time manager. I asked politely how can it be 10 dollars when it said 8. He wouldn't respond I would not recommend this garage to save my life. They gave a man that works on his car 24 seven right in the open for all to see very unprofessional next time I checked this is a parking garage not a mechanic room. I parked here and the attendants were cussing out the older patrons and making fun of them for being slow. They were not professional and seemed drunk. At any rateI, they were rude and yelling at customers is not the way to keep them. Long story short, one of their employees started yelling and harassing me because the one pay machine that was "supposedly" working swallowed my ticked, I paid, but never returned it. He accused me of trying to get away without paying and threatened me telling me I had only a few seconds to leave. Needless to say, I called the police because this guy terrified me. The police questioned him, there were witnesses (one of the other workers was very polite and helpful). In the end, the police escorted me out of the garage so that I could feel safe. I park here because I'm an Antonelli college student, and it's right next door. Normally I pay at the window with cash but today I payed with my debit card. The man who takes all the payments is behind a glass window and I couldn't hear anything he said. He basically cussed me out when I didn't hear what he wanted me to do. He wanted me to sign in the back of the ticket and write my pin. There's cars wizzing by behind me and people talking, and he's behind glass. I can't hear a word. He screams beligerantly at me finally telling me what to do. It was completely unprofessional and I would never in my lifetime talk to my customers that way at my job. He was beyond rude and awful. All the drivers are always nice to me and everyone else. I have no problems with that. I just couldn't believe the man behind the window taking money gets away with talking to his customers that way. I recently parked at this garage and it was very busy at the time I pulled in. I was going to a show with my husband and daughter at the Aronoff center. They got us out of car quickly and on our way. It was cold so I was pleased that I could get on my way to the show. Upon returning the line was long again but you could tell the men who worked at Olympic garage were moving quickly to get the cars out. I waited about five or so minutes for my can but with the show being releasing at this time it was to be expected. The man who brought me my car was pleasant and I tipped him because he was kind enough to know it was cold, so he opened the door for my daughter. I will use this parking garage again because it is in walking distance to the Aronoff canter and the services were speedy and seem to be run with a heart. Family means everything to me and this seems like a family owned business being the man thought of my child by opening the door for her. read more
