The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable, very down-to-earth, and extremely qualified! The classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches who give hands-on direction, instant feedback, help with adjustments during the workouts, and just the right amount of encouragement. The music gets you pumped up, and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice, and if you go, you will definitely see results (I'm living proof).
