They have a unisex ADA restroom available right in the lobby. (I would suggest a hook or small table in the restroom for patrons to hang belongings.) I do have to say that I was very surprised that the television in the lobby was showing Jerry Springer. That's not really something I would consider appropriate for a doctors office, but that's just me. I'm sure that there is a channel that shows something more appropriate for general audiences.

They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.

I am 75 and in poor health, so chances are sooner or later i would be hit with the penalty. Anyway, i cancelled the appointment and will find a new podiatrist. Penalties for being unable to keep an appointment are unfair, especially in this office where wait time often exceeds a half hour. Where's MY thirty five bucks?

I had to reschedule twice due to work and summer school, but they were extremely accommodating despite the limited hours. Bedside manner is pleasant and when I was first examined, I felt like I was being cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, with a side of 80s music (which I loved lol). As for my neck and shoulder injury, it has significantly decreased to the point I feel no pain at all. If you want a caring, patient and kind physical therapist with amazing staff, go here!

Instead of receiving a straightforward response, the therapist became defensive, which made me very uncomfortable. I was also told that payment for the records had to be made in cash only, with no option to pay by card or any digital payment method. I found that unusual and inconvenient. Patients should be able to request their medical records and treatment plans without feeling like they're causing a problem. My goal was only to stay informed about my own care, but the interaction left me disappointed and frustrated.

The staff are friendly and courteous and helpful. What I enjoy most is that Dr. Dhillion does not schedule you for any appointments unless needed. Maybe the only negative is the waiting room is very small, but then you really don't have to wait to long to be called in the exam room. After several appointments and visits to the hospital during my stay two months ago, I have come to appreciate Dr. Dhillion's services.
