I set an appointment two weeks prior to have new deadbolts and door knobs installed. I Scheduled an appointment between 8AM or 10AM Sept. 17th couldn't get a straight answer so I had to assume it was 8AM to 12PM. 11AM rolls around and no one shows up. So I called them to find out what was going on with their arrival. OH! We had an emergency in Jefferson county + they had to get tires for their van??!! Didn't bother to call to say they could not make the appointment time previously scheduled. BUT perhaps "the next day" I lost half a days pay waiting for these inconsiderate people. Evidently this outfit has more business than they know what to do with. Their SERVICE STINKS. SURE they have all these wonderful ratings but I'll tell you they screwed me over. And my car has a lot of problems that make it hard to unlock from the outside and it was less than 30 seconds and it was open and he was there fifteen mins after I called. We got locked out and although I had to call 3 different times, Dan was the only locksmith in the Hood canal area that picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon. He estimated he would get to our house from Shelton in 45 min but came even sooner than expected! Our door lock was a tight one but he got it open and was even able to duplicate the key in his van. Made a house call to update my locks. Guys were great, very informative. Gave me a few pointers in some repairs and enhanced security. I also had to purchase a few extra locks and they worked it out that I could bring the new locks to the shop to be keyed and I installed them at home. I attempted to get more keys made for our business, i went to Probuild, Tosiers, Dan, and a key machine in walmart. All didn't work and i had to take them back etc. These guys made a perfect key in 3 minutes. That was probably 10-15 keys ago. i needed a new remote for my car and they got it for me and programmed it and did the magic laser cut for the key. Works perfectly and about half the price as the dealer, and it is a real dealer key. Best of the Best. read more
