It is a neat idea, but they just have not gotten it to work yet. The teeth dull very fast & will run you about $65 per set. As you are doing a job & the teeth wear down, it cuts slower & slower. The owner of the company says that is mostly from rocks. Well unless you live in a state made of Miracle Grow Potting Soil there is going to be anything from pebbles to boulders in the ground. A neighbor of mine had a larger grinder that you tow behind a truck. He had to tune it up once in 3 years. When I asked him how often he changes the teeth, he said he never has. It would have been worth it to get a small Vermeer. For the little bit of stump grinding we do, I have already had to rebuild the thing to the tune of just over $1000. Now after just having it rebuild not 5 working hours ago, it is broken down again. I don't know if I can afford to fix it again. In the middle of a simple job I had to go rent a real stump grinder. Just some friendly advice I wish someone would have told me.

The efficiency of their tracking system and great customer service makes doing business with them both easy & a pleasure, even when I am on the road. My units are heated with in-floor radiant heat. So I've never had a problem with anything freezing, no matter what the winter weather was. This storage facility is fairly new (and expanding) so the buildings are clean and in very good shape. Now that it is time to move the contents of my units to another state, I am renting the U-Haul truck from them as well. The truck rental went as smoothly & seamlessly as all my other dealings with these folks. If I ever have need of storage or rental services in this area again, it's a no-brainer to me that I should give First Choice a call. They are my go-to storage choice in the Olympia to Centralia/Chehalis area.

He also cleaned the carpet and it looked great after. Another service Clearview provides is window washing. He did all the windows on our 3400sf home and they looked amazing. I hadn't realized how dirty they were until he was done with them. His rates are also very reasonable. Overall we couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided.
