My parents had a key broken off in the lock of their patio door the day before Thanksgiving, and the doors were locked shut! I sent out a request for quote to a few vendors through Yelp, as it was important to get the door fixed ASAP. Nick from Olympus Locksmith responded to my request promptly and was able to come out that evening (which was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and a lot of other places weren't open). Based on our internet search, the multipoint lock mechanism was pretty complicated but Nick was able to unlock it, take out the broken key and re-key it for us.
