I honestly have never written a review before but this company is so great I just had to take the time to do it. I have used another company in the past and they quoted me a $100 only to come out and say its gonna be $300-$400...saying I have "special locks" umm, no home depot nothing special. I saw all the great reviews about Silver Eagle so I thought I would try them and I am so glad that I did. Kobi showed up when he said he would and charged the exact price that he quoted over the phone. Not only did my locks work better once he rekeyed them I found out that the previous locksmith chose to leave pins out making my locks unsafe. I also had the locks on my security doors that you can rekey yourself and Kobi actually took the time to do those for me also just as a courtesy. He also informed me that these locks are not the safest (which is true) and we talked about other options for securing my home. I have already told all my friends and family if they ever need a locksmith to call Silver Eagle Locksmith. I felt compelled to write this review as a thank you to Silver Eagle Locksmith for being a trustworthy, affordable, personable, prompt and having excellent customer service. If you want an honest, professional, dedicated, and no gimmick locksmith, call Silver Eagle. Kobi at Silver Eagle not only replaced all of the locks in my home, but he took the time to replace and readjust the striker plates so the doors themselves are more secure and close more tightly against the weather stripping. Since I have two locks per door and each lock had to be aligned and tested the job took a little longer then he'd estimated, but there was no additional labor charge. I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting this review of Kobi's work to ensure the impressiveness of his service didn't wear off as I regularly use the doors in my house. Had new locks put in our house and the job came out great. Maybe a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. My wife loves them. Romans 10 8 But what does it say? So I embarrassingly enough misplaced one of my house keys without realizing it, and one day about a week ago I walk out to get a bite to eat and unwittingly lock myself out of my own house by locking the top handle lock. And guess what: my phone was locked in too! Thankfully I had my car keys, so I drove to my office and looked up locksmiths. This guy is great Ezra Gold, I called him to feel hiim out and question his services, he didn't pressure me, he answered my questions and left it up to me. I called other places, got no where , called him back, he was on time changed locks I needed, his prices seemed fair and my work was done in no time. These guys are great! I recommend them for any locksmith job in Las Vegas. They are a small family owned company and provide excellent service. Koby was our service guy. He was very polite, professional, and informative. I lost my house key and he took care of everything. I'm on the outside of town and he was here within 10 minutes. He got into the house quickly and was able to do it without damaging the locks. Plus, they will even rekey the locks and give you a new set of keys for an additional reasonable fee. Kobi did some awesome work installing my high speed deadbolt, striker plate, and reinforcement latch. I took his advice from his YouTube videos and now I feel at peace with my home security. I had already been having some issues with the deadbolt on my front door and was going to replace, and of course the key got stuck and broke off in the lock last night around midnight. Thankfully was still able to keep the door locked. Called Silver Eagle and arranged an appt for the morning. The locksmith was excellent....arrived when he said he would, quickly replaced the lock (without having to replace the entire lock covering which was a plus), and reasonably priced.
