Chose this company based on all the reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the greatest experience. Called on a Friday night and company wanted to send someone out at 9:30 - 10 PM. Told them it could wait until Saturday. When I originally called, lady on the phone quoted me $85 plus any equipment that would need to be replaced. I decided to purchase the new door knob myself since I didn't know if they would have something that would match what was already there. Upon arrival, technician quoted $300! After negotiation, price came down to $180 cash with a "senior discount " for a 3-5 minute job. If that is the going price to replace a door knob, no problem. He was able to open my garage door first, so he didn't have to damage my keypad on my door. He then took the time to cut me new sets of keys and help me change the batteries in my keypad on my door.
