Yesterday we accidentally locked our keys in the trunk of our car, and thanks to Toyota's head-scratching "security" feature, the trunk locks itself if it detects the car being unlocked in an unusual way. I contacted Vitali yesterday afternoon to ask questions about replacing a security deadbolt and lock on a security screen. I was going to have a friend replace the dead bolt and lock and have Prime Locksmith come over to re-key to my existing key. Today I had a friend come over to attempt to replace the deadbolt and lock but was unsuccessful. I contacted Vitali and had mentioned that I talked to him yesterday. He said he was on a job right now and would come right over after the job. He arrived at 1:10 PM took off the old deadbolt and lock. And then expeditiously put on the new deadbolt and lock and re-keyed to an existing key. The work was completed by 1:18 PM. I was very impressed with the speed odci. I bought a Eufy smart door lock and thought I could install it myself. Messed the whole thing up, couldn't even close my door anymore. Called 3 different places in the southwest area and Vitali was the most affordable. He came within 2 hours of the call and installed it within 10 minutes with no problem whatsoever. As I was setting up the app, the lock wasn't guiding smoothly and it wouldn't calibrate with the app. I called Vitali and he came right back to the house to figure out the problem. When I tried to install it I bent one of the parts on accident and he was able to point that out and fix it immediately, reinstalled it and boom now it's perfect.
