Sydney from Omaet Salon is the absolute definition of a BOSS BABE! She's fabulous at everything she does but DEFINITELY HAIR AND LASHES, are her two things that I cannot ever get enough of. Her personality is ONE OF A KIND! And she is the most caring, selfless, ray of sunshine, and has became a great friend to me just by knowing her through getting my hair and lashes done. She is so warm and welcoming and so easy to talk to, she listens to every word you say, and all and any concerns you may have, and puts that at the forefront. She wants to make you feel like a new, fresh walking ball of confidence, but truly wants what's best for you at the same time. You need it, she's got you! Cole was excellent, he greeted me and asked me in detail what I was interested in doing to my hair as far as color, cut, & style. He listened closely to everything I wanted & took his time making sure that I was comfortable and engaged during the entire appointment. He recommended a treatment for my hair that helped replenish the protein that had been stripped out in prior bleaching of my hair. I felt very comfortable & confident that I had chosen a wonderful new hair salon at Omaet & indeed I am very pleased with Cole and my hair color, cut, & style. If anyone is looking for a great haircut or stylist I strongly recommend Cole! Cole did a phenomenal job cutting my hair which, many stylists have deemed difficult to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and gifted and did a great job on my hair! He listens and asks questions to make sure he understands what you want, but also offers valuable professional insight on what he thinks will enhance or compliment the style you are after, based on your specific hair type. I went in a bit nervous, but he was super helpful and offered tips, as well as instruction on how to properly care for and style my curly hair (that I've been having trouble with) and I didn't even have to ask, which I really appreciate! One of my biggest frustrations about getting my hair done is that I can never make my hair look as good at home as it does when I leave the salon. Not the case with Omaet, and specifically Cole. I decided to try Omaet out after reading some reviews online -- specifically about Cole and his ability to help clients get the best style for them. I am super glad I did! Cole is fantastic, and I cannot recommend him enough! He really listened to my concerns and gave me a really cute hairstyle that works with my busy lifestyle. On top of that, he showed me how to use my natural waves for a curly style that is no-muss, no-fuss, wash and go. My first experience at Omaet was exceptional. From the immediate greeting and information gathering by a hairstylist (who could have ignored me as she was working with a client), to the insightful questions my new hairstylist, Taylor, asked about my hair, my likes and dislikes, my goals for my style to create a color and styling plan that turned out beautifully, I was beyond pleased! Taylor was personable, professional and was totally focused on making my visit relaxing (neck and head massage...yes!) and the results more than satisfying. Cole was very kind, welcoming and courteous. To top that off, my son wanted a certain hair style. With integrity Cole told me he doesn't need a haircut yet, in order to achieve this style. He said he didn't want me to pay for the very small amount of hair he would be cutting. We ended up doing a different style and getting it cut. Having never had my lashes done before, I decided to treat myself for a vacation. Sydney was my technician. She answered all of my questions, advised me of my options and the pros and cons of each. I was so lucky Averie could fit me into her schedule last minute. The head massage during the shampoo was heavenly; I'd only wished it was longer, lol. I only needed two Dutch braids. Cole cuts my 14 year old daughters hair. She has some curls she is learning about and he is so patient with her! I get embarrassed because she doesn't speak to him really at all but he manages to make her hair perfect every time and she smiles and loves it and asks to come back to him.
