Joanna is their dip specialist and she is a nail artist sent from heaven. I spent around 3.5-4 hours there, but it was worth every minute. She is a perfectionist who will not leave a single nail with a flaw. I came in with the worst nails: bitten, jagged, overgrown and frayed cuticles. I left with gorgeous fall/Thanksgiving themed nails. She is friendly and makes every minute you are there amazing. I will absolutely be going to Joanna for all my dip polish needs as long as I love in Cookeville. I highly recommend her! And I got all that for just 35 dollars (not including the tip I left her)!! Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was an angel, kindly assisting me with paperwork, which was quite lengthy, but I understand the necessity. They have a beautiful cosmetic set up as well, with a specialist to speak with regarding products, facials, laser and such. This is one medical office I will be looking forward to going back to.
