She takes her time and actually takes care of your nails. She doesn't rush through the process. She makes sure everything is in order, exfoliates, oils, massages. The shop is super cute and small. It's only her and her daughter in the shop so it's super relaxing. I highly recommend! 10 out of 10 for sure!

She was using hand signals instead of speaking, which I did not understand, so she seemed annoyed. She told me to go wash hands and when I came back somebody was in my seat. I had to ask if I was done. I've never had my nails done here and probably won't again because of her. Everybody else seemed nice there. I had my phone on and picture in front of her the entire time. She didn't even paint nails like the picture and polish is green instead of grey. I was over it and just said yeah fine. I will not let her do my nails again.

This was the best decision I ever made. After reading the reviews, I requested to have Cherry do my nails. She was friendly, efficient, and did such a remarkable job. Not to mention we had something in common, she once lived in Hawaii. My pedicure was done by John. JOHN was PHENOMENAL!! I had the Volcano Pedicure with (Pohaku) rocks and it was amazing! Probably one of the best I ever had and I highly recommend it. It is so relaxing and John made me feel very comfortable as we both talked and shared about our families. His massage is incredible and I wish I had paid more for a longer massage. The reason I say this is because I have had some injuries and broken bones before and this is the first time I felt some relief. Normal stuff ok all good. However, while she's carelessly filing, she runs over my cuticle a couple times. I said, "that's my cuticle". She moves on to the next, and the next and does it again.
