We arrived to do paperwork and get fitted for gear about 5:15pm. Our group was about 12 sleds. A few double riders, but the majority was single rider sleds. The paperwork, gear check and other misc tasks took the group about 45 minutes to complete. We were all in our vehicles caravanning up to the trails by 6:00pm. Our guide was awesome! He anticipated what we needed to learn before we got out on the trail. The level of organization was perfect. We felt comfortable and well prepared for our adventure. We got to sing Christmas carols up on the mountain and our guide extended our adventure an extra hour. We did not come down out of the trails until almost 10:00pm. Highly recommend this experience! Great people, equipment was well maintained and operated as expected! Super fun! We will do this again!

Its so bad that I wouldn't buy a NEW CanAm again. They had it for "service" 3X..last time for a WEEK and when they gave it back to me, it was just the same. These machines are (in)Famous for BANGING suspension bushings and I brought them a Forum article (A HARD COPY WITH THE FORUM URL etc on it) where 150 or so owners were talking about how to FIX the banging- there is a way to FIX this...These guys couldn't FIND or FIX that issue either and tried to charge me $ 450 for service( mainly changing the fluids). After their "service" it LEAKED SYN Fluid in my truckbed and garage floor for a week, I took it to a different dealer and they said that whoever just changed the GEARBOX fluid had STRIPPED drain plug threads and it wouldn't seal. It cost me $ 450 to get that fixed and of course it's "not covered by the 36 month extended warranty" I can see the reasoning there..CanAm itself isn't responsible for sh*tty service work. I wouldn't go near this place ever again..there were other issues they caused but wont keep going on here.. ;-(
