As someone who has no experience in the kitchen and was very scared of cooking, the instructor Alex made sure everyone was at ease and would walk around to help as needed. I'm eager to attend more classes here in the future and bring along some friends to share in the experience.

As the Christmas season was approaching, we asked Ed and Grill Masters to cater the Christmas party we hold annually, at our home, for all our employees from On Target Range. Ed showed up with large chafing dishes, serving platters, bags of ice, evergreens and other décor items to enhance the Christmas "feel" of the buffet line. Consequently, we asked Ed to provide the food and beverage service for a large Crystal Lake Chamber event we hosted at On Target Range.
