Before I found them, I tried other groomers in town with Coco Bear and she would be there all day, where as SB Paws and Claws usually have everything done in under two hours. I recently brought in our new rescue, Pepper who we were told is a poodle, yorkie and maltese mix. It was her first haircut and they were so wonderful, updating me throughout the appointment to let me know how Pepper was doing as I was a little nervous her being away from me for the first time. They did a wonderful job of course, and it is clear that they really care about the pets that they work with!

The whole place was spotless and felt happy. This was Penelope's first grooming experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one. She's never liked baths, and I didn't know how she would react to having her hair cut especially since it had to go down pretty short.. But when I got there to pick her up, she was calm and just her normal excitement to see me. Not afraid to be there at all.
