Try as I might, I couldn't finagle that sucker on there so I finally put it on the trailer and drove over to Plaza tire. They were hammered and it was about 2 o'clock on a very hot August day. I was more than happy to wait my turn in line and just wanted to ask if they might be able to help me with this. Imagine my shock when one of their employees asked me to meet him at the trailer in a minute or two. I don't remember his name, but he was a slender older man probably in his early 60s with a beard and mustache. He proceeded to remove the entire wheel assembly from the front end of the mower since he also couldn't get it to reseat on the bead. Walked off with it, and about three minutes later he came back and reinstalled it. I asked him what I owed him and he said "nothing, I'm on my lunch and it only took a minute to do this." I insisted on at least picking up an 18 pack of his favorite cold beverage, and he finally, after three attempts, accepted. Skip ahead to last week and I remembered what amazing service I got there and how nice they were. So I took my little BMW back over there to get new tires and they had exactly what I needed in stock and within 45 minutes they were balanced and installed. I was able to purchase new tires for this car for almost exactly half of what I paid for the same tires in California six years ago. They're honest, you may have to wait sometimes, because they're incredibly popular with their customers, but you're gonna get your moneys worth and it's gonna be delivered with a smile. Their service manager is a really nice man as well. Don't sleep on this tire shop, they're fantastic.

I was the first customer to use an Emkay Fleet card for service and Lee had to spend a ton of time calling a bunch of different people to figure out how the shop would get paid. As a note, this shop is ALWAYS slammed, so the guys don't get a lot of down time to handle things when a customer isn't in front of them. I know Lee had to have been spending all his spare time handling my vehicle. In a time and environment where customer service is obsolete, Lee is exceptional in all facets. Further, this is where I bring my personal and work vehicle and will continue to do so as long as I live in this area. It's not only because of their fair pricing, but mostly because of the incredible customer service I've experienced EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been there in the past 5 years. Mike was super up front and honest about the location of the dings, but said that his guys are the best in the business and he'd see what he could do. He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Went to get an alignment and rotation since I do a lot of driving for work. Went to pick it up…read moreafter two hours and the wheel was not aligned and the truck was grinding when going straight. Called the store back to tell them something was wrong for them to tell me to bring it back. They assessed it again and determined something was not right. They took it back and after 3 more hours they called me to tell me they could not get it to hold and alignment. After arguing with them that my vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align. They keep insisting it is my fault my vehicle is now broken and they can't fix it becuase they don't do that work.
