He provided piece of mind that I did not have a leak in one of my tires and that it was safe to drive.

I had need to replace a tire on the wife's car due to a major pot hole which ruined one of the tires and so visited the discount tire store in Benton, AR. Not only did the pothole take out the tire, but cracked the wheel as well. I bought a replacement wheel and needed a new tire for the replacement wheel. I also needed to replace the TPMS sensors on all four wheels as they were no longer working. They decided that one of the three undamaged tires mandated replacement due to excess wear on the outer edge and that they wouldn't replace the TPMS sensor for that tire without replacing the tire too. I told them that I wasn't going to pay for an unneeded tire and would take my business elsewhere. I drove to another local tire store and got all of the work done, minus the extra tire extortion fee. Local store also agreed that there was no need to replace the tire discount tire had deemed bad. I don't take kindly to extortion business tactics. I had been a long time discount tire customer up until this, but will never set foot inside another of their stores going forward! You can also bet that I will be sharing my experience with all within my orbit. Unless you just have money in abundance, avoid this store. This is the second time at this store I've been told what I "will" pay for vs what I was willing to pay.

I was more than happy to wait my turn in line and just wanted to ask if they might be able to help me with this. Imagine my shock when one of their employees asked me to meet him at the trailer in a minute or two. I don't remember his name, but he was a slender older man probably in his early 60s with a beard and mustache. He proceeded to remove the entire wheel assembly from the front end of the mower since he also couldn't get it to reseat on the bead. Walked off with it, and about three minutes later he came back and reinstalled it. I asked him what I owed him and he said "nothing, I'm on my lunch and it only took a minute to do this." I insisted on at least picking up an 18 pack of his favorite cold beverage, and he finally, after three attempts, accepted. Skip ahead to last week and I remembered what amazing service I got there and how nice they were. So I took my little BMW back over there to get new tires and they had exactly what I needed in stock and within 45 minutes they were balanced and installed. I was able to purchase new tires for this car for almost exactly half of what I paid for the same tires in California six years ago. They're honest, you may have to wait sometimes, because they're incredibly popular with their customers, but you're gonna get your moneys worth and it's gonna be delivered with a smile. Their service manager is a really nice man as well. Don't sleep on this tire shop, they're fantastic.

I was the first customer to use an Emkay Fleet card for service and Lee had to spend a ton of time calling a bunch of different people to figure out how the shop would get paid. As a note, this shop is ALWAYS slammed, so the guys don't get a lot of down time to handle things when a customer isn't in front of them. I know Lee had to have been spending all his spare time handling my vehicle. In a time and environment where customer service is obsolete, Lee is exceptional in all facets. Further, this is where I bring my personal and work vehicle and will continue to do so as long as I live in this area. It's not only because of their fair pricing, but mostly because of the incredible customer service I've experienced EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been there in the past 5 years.
