Great service, quick and efficient! I got dipped nails, pedicure, and a lip wax. I love them all.

I went in for a scheduled 1pm pedicure appointment on July 3rd. Approximately 5 minutes after 1 a walk in arrived. My technician put her feet in water and went to work on me. I had specifically chosen to not use gel polish the last pedicure as I do not like the Dremel tool being used on my nails. The technician began using the Dremel tool to remove the polish. I asked her not to, and she continued removing the polish with the Dremel telling me that's the way she does it. She barely trimmed my nails and did not use the loofa on my feet and heals at all. She didn't even put lotion on my feet or legs. She painted my nails and went on to work on the walk in. I have done 3 pedicures at this place, and this one was very unprofessional and has me truly thinking of going to another salon. read more

I've been coming here for acrylic nails/fills every 5 weeks or so for the past 2 years. They are clean and friendly and do an amazing job. Even with special requests and art nails, I'm always satisfied. read more

Service, communication. Lady on her phone doing business trying to do my nails. Rushed thru. I had her redo the cuticles as they were not clean. The paint is the worst I've ever had. Sloppy and uneven. Wanted paid half way thru and held her hand out for a tip. Was ticked because I didn't. Then started slapping utensils around. On the positive, this business did a good job getting us in right away for our scheduled pedicures. One of the staff members was polite and professional. However, when it came time for our nail services, they made me wait an irrationally long time so that one tech could do both sets of our nails. This was after I had made a point of telling the person on the phone what time we needed to be done. Our appointment times were selected so that we would finish on time. The same nail tech was also incredibly condescending about the nail shape I requested, telling me I wanted something different, even after I pulled up several images online with the name written below to show her what I was asking for. They technically performed the services that I hired them to do. However, after my experience, I don't plan on returning to the business. read more

I have gone to this salon for awhile now. But today I paid for a basic pedicure and did not receive my money's worth. She spent about 15 minutes. She did not do my cuticle and barely buffed or did my heels. Before I knew it she was done with the color. I will not be back. read more

HUGE FAIL. Womp womp. I cannot believe how uneven in length and thickness they were and still are after pointing out the seemingly endless corrections. Truly slapped stuff on and thought they'd call it good. They are still SO globby and SO thick that they are rounded at the cuticle and bumpy because she filed them carelessly. I am dumbfounded and they look stupid and shitty. They rushed every second since I walked in like I could not believe, even though I made an appointment and was in no rush to get in. Why make an appointment on an already busy day? globby, thick, uneven, very rushed. TERRIBLE SERVICE rendered and rude. Update: I got home and my husband immediately asked why they "look like that" because "they're bulbous and round." I'm literally filing them down and having them soaked and redone elsewhere. They still got my money so at least I can warn others. It was also dirty and I wouldn't go back because of that as well. They act like they can't communicate much but they can. read more
