I always get the Bacon & Eggs that comes with Country Fries and your choice of bread. I like to get sourdough or a banana nut muffin. It goes for $16.49. The bacon is always cooked perfectly and my scrambled eggs are always fluffy. I am a to go order kind of girl so I always appreciate when the service is quick and easy. I can't resist a good pancake in the morning.. even though I walked in expecting to order an omelette I had to order the seasonal blueberry ricotta pancake. I wasn't expecting it to be so good!! Tons of different chilaquiles and omelettes, as well as lunch items and mimosas! Service was attentive the entire time. The food was really good! Today's special didn't disappoint! Lemon and ricotta blueberry pancakes were delicious! Like frosting on a cake, this was frosting on a pancake! Omlette Factory has the old school diner vibes, the snell of coffee and maple syrup everywhere, servers carrying those heavy ceramic coffee cups, ginormous plates overflowing with food, the constant Humm of people talking with tapping and scraping of their utensils on their plates. This place gets packed on weekends - there's a church across the stress, so it's best to get there before the Sunday Service let's out so you don't have to wait too long. In typical diner fashion, the menu lightly blends cultural boundaries - adding some olive and feta to an omlette to make it Greek, some chorizo or chilaquiles to make it Mexican, etc. I'd be surprised if you don't find something here that you love. With big portions at a reasonable rate, and friendly staff.. this should definitely be on your list of rotating breakfast spots. Ok, so worthy of this review. We came from out of town to visit the Dinosaur museum not too far from this place a bit after 10am. We were seated right away and asked if we would prefer a booth. Everyone was so welcoming and the game changer is, when I began to ask questions of whether their cheese had mold inhibitors or if I could get real butter, there was no problem. The sweetest gal approached us and she answered every question and accommodated to whatever needs or questions, genuinely caring for someone who may struggle with dietary restrictions and rarely gets to eat out. My son and I had a very pleasant experience and they even followed up a few times to make sure everything was going good. Great service and we enjoyed the food and the portions were reasonable. Today was my mom's birthday and she wanted to go to Omelette factory for brunch. We were sat a table immediately and brought our hot coffee and creamer, my mom also ordered an orange juice and I got a water. The server Samantha came by to take our order but my mom needed a few more minutes with the menu. My mom ended up ordering a senior omelette with ham, cheddar and Jack cheese along with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. I ordered my usual classic eggs benedict with hashbrowns. We got our food and everything was good at first. My mom noticed that her omelette was more like scrambled eggs and ham with cheese on top and the eggs were greasy and her hashbrowns were extremely oily and dripping with grease. I enjoyed my eggs benedict but my hashbrowns were also overly greasy and soggy. I had multiple refills on my coffee, which was great but our server Samantha never checked on us until she brought the check to us. If she would've checked on us, we would have told her about the gross hashbrowns and the scrambled eggs. We went to the cashier, which I believe is also a manager. She asked how the meals were and I explained to her what happened. She was very apologetic and removed my mom's meal from the meal. We appreciated that, since my mom's birthday breakfast was gross. I came here for an Easter brunch with my family, and we didn't have to wait long for a table. They had plenty of booths and tables inside. Service was friendly and pretty fast! Food was super delicious! I'd say it rivals other brunch spots. Portions are huge and flavors are great! Has all the typical breakfast fare, and a lot of interesting omelette flavors. They also have more lunch options too like burgers and salads. On my last visit, I had to get an omelette- since the restaurant is named Omelette Factory :) I got the chilaquiles chorizo omelette. It was soo delicious and flavorful!! It did feel more like a scramble though but that might be because the chilaquiles were topped on the eggs. Other dishes my family got were the factory breakfast, surf and turf chilaquiles (weekly special), and another omelette (I forgot the name of). I saw they had a special easter dish of pancakes cut and decorated in the shape of an easter bunny, very cute! Ordered the new Steak Ranchero Skillet, it was amazing!! Had with eggs over easy and it's hands down the most flavorful plate I've had from here. I was only able to finish half of it, it's very filling with a lot more steak than expected.
