It was my first time to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious Gouda Burger with bacon and the fries. The fries were not greasy, and the burger requires extra napkins. Service was great. They brought ice water for my dog. Very disappointed to report that the food was expensive & not good. Fries were dry and slaw was sour. Burgers were mediocre, buns looked crumbly, not fresh. My Cobb salad had some ugly dry chicken & a hair on it, but kind to not charge me for the salad. No bueno, skip this place. read more

Not long ago I wrote a review for the Hermiston location because our food was really bad. In that review I mentioned that the Pendleton location was really good. Well... apparently I was wrong. I do know it was at one time but I ordered take out tonight and it was pretty terrible. I ordered a frito chili cheese dog and it was black. I also ordered deviled eggs which tasted fine I guess but they were just like thrown into the box upside down and every which way which just made a big gross mess. I've officially been disappointed at both locations now. What a waste of money. Honestly they might be doing it on purpose because I use to work there. Either way though, no thanks. read more

I had gotten the Mushroom Burger with fries, and Mac and cheese on the side...the fries were amazing; definitely a solid 8/10. The Mushroom burger however has by far been the blandest burger I've ever had. There is a lot of texture but literally no taste at all. The Mac and Cheese is really good though. The service is amazing; the people inside were super courteous and inviting. Extremely efficient and proactive with their customers. The only thing that stopped me from rating any more/less was the food and service. The Fries; Divine. The Mac and Cheese; amazing. The Mushroom Burger; nothing to taste. Excellent service to start with a lovely greeting and kind staff, the wait was very short to be greeted for drinks which were delicious (House Mimosa and a bottled beer). The food was a large portion of both burger and fries, 10/10 needed napkins as we devoured the amazing burgers and have no complaints! For starters our server was fantastic!! I wish I could remember her name. She was very friendly, attentive, everything was perfect, fast and smooth. Arrived at 12:50 on a Wednesday. Fairly busy but were seated quickly. Appeared to be only 2 wait staff for this large space so service was a bit slower. Friendly people though. Made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything. A little odd that the tables were plastic folding ones but ok. The food was out within a reasonable amount of time, under 15 minutes. It was hot and cooked perfectly. Husband had the Mushroom burger and a side salad which he thought was very good. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with tater tots which was absolutely cooked perfectly. It was not hard and rubbery like a lot of chicken sandwiches. It was easy to eat without having to pull at it with your teeth! Tater tots were average. Fry sauce was okay too. Overall a good meal at a nowadays fair price. read more

First off, this place definitely should *not* be labeled as "fast casual." There is absolutely nothing fast about it--even when you ask the hostess how long it will take and she says "fast," and that in addition to that she would tell the kitchen we were in a hurry. We waited about 25 minutes for our burgers. Besides the wait, the food was okay. They had some really great ideas (the chicken parmigiana sandwich was awesome in concept and execution, and the frito burger was a fun idea with the slaw), but overall the execution was not great. The frito burger came out cold and the "cheese" had solidified in a way that made me suspect its contents, the fries were soggy and gross--like frozen grocery store fries baked at home, and the pulled pork and Pendleton burgers were just okay. The sweet potato fries were pretty good. Maybe we would have been happier if we went in with different expectations (for time) and without all of the hype. But I feel like the locals oversold us and set us up for disappointment. read more

My coworker and I were traveling for work and stopped here for dinner. I had cheese curds and a Caesar salad. Everything was good and I liked the spicy pineapple sauce that came with the cheese curds. My coworker had one of their cheeseburgers with macaroni and fries. The fries were really good, and she said the burger was too. I also ordered a giant piece of cake with ice cream. Our waitress was nice and put the ice cream on the side because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it and wanted to take the leftover cake with me. Came here with my kids on vacation. Ordered 2 sides of blueberries and a plain cheese burger. Within 30 mins I watched 2 other tables be seated and served and we still had not received our food. I inquired with our server as to why and was surprised when she responded with " I'm not the one to ask and don't yell at me" A second server asked how we were doing I explained not great she offered me the manager. The manager came sat down and I all I got out was about the wait for food before she cut me off and got defensive than walked away. Food arrives and there's no cheese and it's burnt. They take it back and bring it out again with a cold slice of cheese thrown on it. I again had them take it back finally my kids were able to eat!! At check out I asked to review my ticket. The server replied with "what do you think we are going to steal your money"! Such disrespectful and unprofessional attitude! The management doesn't care about customer satisfaction or food quality. Our family stopped in here passing through Pendleton on a road trip. Cool atmosphere in an old building with original hardwood floors and brickwork. I had the Smash Burger with a side salad. The burger was great! Good flavor, not soggy, fresh ingredients! The side salad was a little disappointing with what looked like bagged salad mix and pre made dressing, but it did have fresh cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes on top, which I loved. My hubby had the PBJJ which he raved about! His fries were yummy too! (I stole a few!) They are flat cut potato slices, fresh fried. Yum! They serve Pepsi products, which is always a letdown to me. One star off for that. I wanted a Diet Coke with my burger. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us to make sure we were happy. I definitely recommend this place! read more

It's hard to ruin a burger. They are pretty basic. But OMG manages to makes them excel. Hamburger buns are important but usually unremarkable letting the 'insides' shine. Somehow, OMG's buns are wonderfully remarkable and still let the 'insides' shine. Great fries, great tater tots and OMG burgers. Service was excellent and happy. Very clean environment. I visited at lunchtime to check out the menu have a quick snack and see if it would work out for me to park my car right in front of the outdoor sidewalk dining. I'm traveling with my dogs and it's very warm this time of year and I wanted to be able to have the windows open, but keep an eye on my vehicle. The onion rings and beer I had at lunch were absolutely delicious and perfect, great service. I did get the perfect parking spot right in front of my outdoor café table They just happened to have a few large groups, so the service was a little slow, but no fault of the servers. The chicken Caesar salad, half-size was perfect. Served with real Parmesan and lovely, dark chicken meat that was succulent and perfectly cooked.. That small croutons are served on the side. They are a perfect addition, but I also enjoy tossing them to the little sparrows. I would definitely come back here again, I might even be brave enough to try the highly recommended,by another patron, Peanut butter and jelly jalapeño burger. He said it was epic.!! read more

My sister and I came into OMG! last night - what a great experience. Our server (didn't catch her name, but was the managers daughter) was friendly, attentive and extremely personable. The manager herself was there and was seemingly training all the staff at the same time. This has no effect on service as all the servers were prompt, helpful and friendly. The manager was patient and thorough with her training, but still had time to mingle with guests. The burgers were amazing - some out there combos (shout out the the Leggo my Eggo slider), but also traditional choices for less adventurous palates (ahem, sister). Overall - go here.
