Staff aren't wearing masks. I went in to pickup an order, the person at the front was wearing a mask but not covering their nose. They at one point went into the kitchen, took their mask off, and then came back to the front and put their mask on. I could see kitchen staff, and they weren't wearing a mask either. Closer to a 3.5 than a 4. But the place has real potential. Right downtown Pendleton they've done a nice job restoring the space and giving it a great vibe. The burger was good. Not off the charts. I hardly ever, almost never write reviews, but had to share our experience today at OMG! Burgers. We were just exploring today and found our way to Pendleton and just picked a lunch spot fairly randomly. It must have been fate! We were impressed with everything about the place. The ambiance, service, selection, and quality were all out of this world. Even the bathrooms were clean! Being gluten free by necessity and vegetarian by choice, I sometimes struggle to find something more interesting than a side salad at some establishments. OMG! offers the substitution of a Beyond Burger (vegan, gluten free, soy free) patty on any of their burgers and you can also get a Beyond Dog (brat style meatless dog). We even splurged and split a piece of their gluten free chocolate cake. It was delightful. Now excuse me while I sleep off this food coma. :) P.S. We came through the back door of this downtown restaurant and asked if we could have outdoor seating. Even tho it was a pretty warm evening the outdoor seats are on the east side of the building so completely shaded. Our server was great bringing us a couple of nice IPAs quickly then giving us some extra time to choose our selections, a classic crispy chicken sandwich made with moist thigh meat and a blue cheese burger that my wife said might have been the best ever. Shared some sweet potato fries thankfully because the serving was huge, and delicious.We read a recent review from a disgruntled guest but it was an anomaly from most other reviews. Enjoyed this small eatery on Main. It was nice that the server left a carafe of iced water with having to ask. My daughter wasn't super hungry and ordered the bbq slider. That was a nice option. I ordered the bbq dog as the sausage is made local. OMG offers a vegan option as a sub for their beef burger which surprised me for a small place. Servers are super friendly. This is for Hermiston location. Went the other night sooo excited that we didn't have to drive to Pendleton any more. I was a little disappointed. I wanted to give it a 5, but my chicken burger had very little flavor and a little dry, my bun totally fell apart. I had to ask for a fork. Every time I had the chicken sandwich in Pendleton it was so moist and delicious. It was like they just breaded and fried a piece of chicken without any seasoning this time. I will wait awhile before going back, but I will go back. They have only been open for a short while, so I will definitely go back. I love this place They closed early that day, like shortly after we got our food ( around 3:00pm) so don't know if that had anything to do with it. Super friendly service & cute decor. We went mid-afternoon between lunch & dinner. I had the burger that had egg salad with it in the bunless version. I wanted it medium rare but, was told they could only do medium and assured it would still be juicy. The reason they could only do medium was because it's too difficult to track when they get really busy. There were maybe 2 other tables in the place with people at them. Not a huge deal, just thought it was funny. Fried cheese curds were very good. Side salad with my bunless burger was a bit anemic but, the blue cheese dressing was good. My husband enjoyed his salad & the curds as well. We will definately return the next time going through Pendleton. I wish they had onion rings. Ordered the Burns Twice burger and half salad...it was fantastic. Beef was juicy, crispy jalapeños added the perfect crunch, had a spicy sweetness and the bun was toasted perfectly! Salad was on point, fresh fruit and free range chicken (what more could you want). I left feeling full but not lethargic like I normally would after a massive burger. I tried OMG and since I do not eat meat, ordered the OMG beyond burger which is plant based. I ordered it without the secret sauce and unfortunately it came with the secret sauce. I am not good at sending things back, however I think this one convinced me. The sauce gave me an upset stomach. Very salty can still feel salt on my lips. So if you like it that way, you will love it. I do not. The side salad was a big disappointment. Since they advertise great ingredients, i was expecting more. Very small also. This is one of the best Burger Joints in Pendleton by far. The service was excellent, every employee that had walked by our table stopped to see if we were in need of anything from water to extra fry sauce for the fries.
