Cindy and her team always do such a fantastic job on my pedicures! I stopped by today and was so pleased how well they managed to cover up my bruised nail and shaped my busted nail into a somewhat normal looking toenail after I opened a bar fridge door on my foot. Cindy also fixed an ingrown nail that even the podiatrist could not fix a few month ago. I also like that they don't do acrylic nails in the salon because the smell of the chemicals always gives me a headache. They have fantastic massage chairs too. I wish I had one at home. We live in a very small town with few good and decent price pedicure options. So, when we travel that is one of the first things we look for. We were so delighted to find OMG Nails. We didn't feel there were good options in Fort Myers and saw OMG just across the bridge in Cape Coral. It was a huge win for us. The staff are so, so friendly and welcoming. It is a very comfortable place to get your nails done. It will be our regular place when we are in town. It was $45 for a gel pedi and we are so happy with how everything went. read more

These people absolutely ruined my nails! They have done nothing but chip and crack since I went there. First time was great. Second time I got the pushiest I'd nail techs. Put crap in. My naIls I did not ask for and CHARGED ME 80 FREAKIN DOLLARS. So I still went back and told them specifically what I wanted. Two days after having a gel manicure my nails began chipping and breaking. They have looked like hell for three weeks. I have to give them time to grow naturally and healthy. Yes? They are so very friendly and sweet but I'm looking for a naill salon not a friend. read more

02/17 We are back visiting once again. We stopped in without an appointment and my wife had a mani pedi. Apple took care of my wife and once again the experience and results were excellent. No complaints at all with OMG nails. Very clean shop and great people with a fun sense of humor. 03/16 Great pedicure! My wife and I went in two weeks ago and came out with two great pedicures. Very nice fun people, very reasonable cost. Since then our daughter and boyfriend has come down to see us and they both wanted their nails done so back we went. Again, very happy. The following day our daughter found her nails to be sticky. We called and they told us to come back. They too were confused as to the stickiness but fixed the problem by removing all the polish and replacing with a different colour. Once again, happy customers. read more

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. They don't even do your cuticles and forget about getting a in grown nail out. They had someone come over to redo it . But if you don't get her you are out of luck. I have no idea why they have 4 + stars. I went on Yelp to get a recommendation. This is Trevor's wife. Such I nice small nail salon!! They made me feel so comfortable and offered me many different beverages when I first walked in. Helped with picking the right color for me. I asked and showed them what I wanted and said no problem, even told me cheaper ways I could do it. I went with acrylic because I was treating myself. Got what they did for me at any other nail salon I would have payed $80 to $100 dollars. Their prices are amazing and their quality goes above and beyond. Very friendly people here - I have been going here about 6 months and Anna was very meticulous about doing my acrylic fills just right. She filed them the way I liked them and never cut me accidentally under the nail like some techs have done. Then one day she was gone; I was told she went to help her brother in the nail salon he opened in Ft. Myers so I had someone else do my nails whose name I can't remember but it wasn't the owner who I think is Cindy. This tech not only left my nails too long, she also shaped them in an oval which is not what I asked. Unfortunately I didn't have my reading glasses on so I couldn't see what she was doing until I got home and looked. Then I had to refile them myself and one of my nails lifted a week later. Their pedicures are mediocre, they don't do great cuticle work and I found myself touching up in between pedicures. My biggest issue with the pedicures is their seemingly lack of sanitation. While some places now use plastic liners and one time only files, pumice stones, etc. OMG doesn't. I don't care for pumice stones that have been used on other people being used on my feet. I'm not sure I will return. read more

Great Service !! I was in town just for the weekend, so I did not know the area well and they were the only nail salon that were not booked until 4 PM on a Saturday. The service was excellent. Only thing was the place needs to be revamped , needs a few updates. AND I did find their prices for a gel mani and regular pedi to be a bit expensive, especially being from Miami. They were charging $52 for a gel mani and regular pedi, while in miami you could find it for $40-$45.00. read more

This company's customer service rules! Even if they gave mediocre pedicures -- WHICH THEY DON'T! -- I would still come, just because they are so delightful. Cheerful, happy to help, eager to please, and they try to ply you with all kinds of refreshing beverages as well. My foot and leg massage went on for a good length of time (unlike other places, where you can feel shorted lol), and the pedicure was perfection. They even had a color I would have never thought of choosing, but somehow, on their nail rack, it just called to me. Bright blue with sparkles! Firstly, I must say after moving to SW Florida from Long Island, NY I had "sticker shock" with the cost of nail service here. You get nothing for the $$ here. Everything is an add on-hot towel, add on, razor-scraping of callouses, add on. It is very expensive to live in Long Island, however, on any given day one can expect to pay $25.00 for a top of the line mani/pedi combo! Went to OMG salon based on some of the rave reviews, paid $32.00 for the least expensive mani/pedi and was totally underwhelmed. My fingernails were not shaped correctly, such that I had to touch them up at home-was not expecting this. Will never return here. read more

Called 3 days before I was leaving on a Christmas Holiday and since I live close, they said come in 20 minutes. Really? This caused me pause but I went anyway. An older woman was assigned to me and I went to her chair for soaking. In the pedi process she nicked my skin near the cuticle. After the polishing I watched her spray the soaking tub a couple of times and rinse it. There was no liner or extra effort to scrub or sterilize the tub. The next morning my toe was red and painful. Knowing I was leaving the next day on a trip I knew I better go to a clinic. I went to MediExpress and waited at least an hour and got a 10 day script for penicillin. When I returned from my trip I received the bill from my insurance of $240 of which my co pay was $34. The pedicure was only $22. The most expensive pedicure ever! I will never go back to this place and the health department should keep an eye on them. read more
