I had a good experience while getting my nails done, so I was really disappointed when, only 10 days later, THREE of my natural nails broke. I've been getting builder gel on my natural nails for a long time, and my nails normally last me up to 4 weeks. I've spent the past year growing my natural nails, so having one completely break was extremely upsetting. I went in person to the salon and spoke to kelly who did my nails to have the completely broken nail fixed, and I was told I would have to pay $8 because it had been more than 3 days. I understand having policies, but I don't feel this situation was fair. I paid $75 for my nails, and they didn't even last two weeks. I asked if they could at least fix ONE nail without charging me, but they still refused. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and with how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this salon, especially for builder gel on natural nails. If i can give 0 stars i would. read more

I got a full set of acrylics done here for the first time. The experience was good and the nails came out so pretty! My favorite nail design if im honest. The only thing and what is making my review a 3 is the fact that my nail broke off after two days of having them. I got my nails done at Glorious Nails & Spa on a Saturday morning and I was fairly pleased as to how my nails came out, until they chipped the day after on Sunday. By the time Wednesday rolled around, more than half of my nails completely came off or were chipped. The only gel polish they use is DND, which is complete garbage compared to an OPI or Essie gel polish that you can find elsewhere. I called the nail salon and told them about my experience, and they made an appointment for me to come in and redo the nails. When I went in they told me that I would have to pay for the mistakes they made. I told them that I would not come back to the salon and that I would relay the message to my family and friends and the lady walked away from our conversation....Do what you want with this information but with customer service like this, who would even want to go to this place? read more

Unless you want to be nickel and dimed for mediocre messy work, don't come here. They will charge an additional $40 for medium length on a full set, I can understand that on a LONG set but not medium, and a short medium on top of that. They will also charge an additional $40 for acrylic to be put on for a pedicure. I have acrylic all over my fingers that won't peel off easily and the white already started to yellow within less than an hour of having them done. I guess this is what I get for cheating on my nail tech while she's on bed rest from pregnancy. I found this salon online. They're very very friendly and clean. They have have a great selection of colors and are very accommodating. After lost of reviews I decided to give this place a try. Let me start by saying, I am not picky by any means. My pedicure was fine with is why I went with 2 stars. I got a powder dip for my nails and I'm fairly certain the technician did not know what she was doing. She seemed to have messed up and called someone else over and the other girl had to walk her through it, after she had already finished up a few of my nails....concerning. I also got my eyebrows waxed (I normally get them threaded) and I was in a hurry trying to make a meeting so I figured I'd just get them done while I was already here. You couldn't even tell I got them done....after I sat up I looked at my nails and they were awful :( Like I said I was in a hurry for a meeting, I had never been to this place and I just took it for a loss. Paid about 120 dollars for powder dip, pedicure and eye brow waxing. I will not return and I will not recommend. The picture I posted is a few weeks later so there is growth but the obvious mess ups look just the same as the day I left. read more

I found them by accident because they were right next to my school and I ended up loving them and they were my favorite! But progressively they've been getting worse and worse with the people they bring in. I told the guy my biggest pet peeve with my nails is them being crooked so if he could just watch out for that and I'd be so grateful and he ended up making them crooked. Another time I came in and the man didn't speak to me at all except ask me what I wanted, made all of my nails different shapes, make the sizes uneven and they were just terrible. Only recommend the women that work there!!! read more

There were different employees there; the Asians replaced with Americans..who were more interested in their own conversations than doing their job. My lady actually even cut me! First time and I will never go back. The guy that did my nails was so rude and rough. I was told on the phone someone else will be doing my nails. When they sat me in front of the guy; i told him I had two options, he then proceeded to tell me that he can go eat his food and relax while I make up my mind. Throughout the process, he was rough and made sarcastic comments when I asked a question. He started being nice towards the end because he knew it was as close to "tip" time. My nails looked like my friend did it because he did not even clean around the nails, I left the salon with dried powder and color around my nails. The pedicure was fairly decent but no lotion.
