I got a full set of acrylics done here for the first time. The experience was good and the nails came out so pretty! My favorite nail design if im honest. The only thing and what is making my review a 3 is the fact that my nail broke off after two days of having them. I don't think I'll return again but I definitely will recommend you make sure they are thick enough so they won't break off.

I got my nails done at Glorious Nails & Spa on a Saturday morning and I was fairly pleased as to how my nails came out, until they chipped the day after on Sunday. By the time Wednesday rolled around, more than half of my nails completely came off or were chipped. The only gel polish they use is DND, which is complete garbage compared to an OPI or Essie gel polish that you can find elsewhere. I called the nail salon and told them about my experience, and they made an appointment for me to come in and redo the nails. When I went in they told me that I would have to pay for the mistakes they made. I told them that I would not come back to the salon and that I would relay the message to my family and friends and the lady walked away from our conversation....Do what you want with this information but with customer service like this, who would even want to go to this place?

The lady gave me a wonderful pedi. Would definitely recommend.

Unless you want to be nickel and dimed for mediocre messy work, don't come here. They will charge an additional $40 for medium length on a full set, I can understand that on a LONG set but not medium, and a short medium on top of that. They will also charge an additional $40 for acrylic to be put on for a pedicure. I have acrylic all over my fingers that won't peel off easily and the white already started to yellow within less than an hour of having them done. I guess this is what I get for cheating on my nail tech while she's on bed rest from pregnancy. If you want an amazing nail tech who won't nickel and dime and then find beautiful nails by Gaby on IG.

They will also charge an additional $40 for acrylic to be put on for a pedicure. I found this salon online. They're very very friendly and clean. They have have a great selection of colors and are very accommodating. I was kind disappointed because I wasn't able to get the design I wanted. But Lana took wonderful care of me and I'm so happy with how my nails and eyebrows turned out. After lost of reviews I decided to give this place a try. Let me start by saying, I am not picky by any means. My pedicure was fine with is why I went with 2 stars. I got a powder dip for my nails and I'm fairly certain the technician did not know what she was doing. She seemed to have messed up and called someone else over and the other girl had to walk her through it, after she had already finished up a few of my nails....concerning. I also got my eyebrows waxed (I normally get them threaded) and I was in a hurry trying to make a meeting so I figured I'd just get them done while I was already here. You couldn't even tell I got them done....after I sat up I looked at my nails and they were awful :( Like I said I was in a hurry for a meeting, I had never been to this place and I just took it for a loss. Paid about 120 dollars for powder dip, pedicure and eye brow waxing. I will not return and I will not recommend. The picture I posted is a few weeks later so there is growth but the obvious mess ups look just the same as the day I left. read more

The guy that did my nails was nice, but what I ask for was not done. Husband and I was getting the same by different people his came out better. I complain and they Blamed it on me. I don't mind how much. But I do want a good work. Never again. The receptionist was racist also. Latin lady comes in tells her is full to come back next day. White lady comes in after her and tells her the wait is 20 to 25 mins. No lotion was offer no massage on my hands. They just want the money and go. No interest in making a regular customer read more

I wish they were closer to my home in Fort Lauderdale. They did an amazing job on my manicure gel nails and pedicure. What I love the most is how respectful they are. I found them by accident because they were right next to my school and I ended up loving them and they were my favorite! But progressively they've been getting worse and worse with the people they bring in. I told the guy my biggest pet peeve with my nails is them being crooked so if he could just watch out for that and I'd be so grateful and he ended up making them crooked. Another time I came in and the man didn't speak to me at all except ask me what I wanted, made all of my nails different shapes, make the sizes uneven and they were just terrible. Only recommend the women that work there!!! read more

There were different employees there; the Asians replaced with Americans..who were more interested in their own conversations than doing their job. My lady actually even cut me! The whole vibe of the place was different, so we wont be coming back. read more

First time and I will never go back. The guy that did my nails was so rude and rough. I was told on the phone someone else will be doing my nails. When they sat me in front of the guy; i told him I had two options, he then proceeded to tell me that he can go eat his food and relax while I make up my mind. Throughout the process, he was rough and made sarcastic comments when I asked a question. He started being nice towards the end because he knew it was as close to "tip" time. My nails looked like my friend did it because he did not even clean around the nails, I left the salon with dried powder and color around my nails. The pedicure was fairly decent but no lotion. I will never return. read more

I had an amazing experience at this Nail Salon. Better than any nail place I have been to in this area. I had a nice welcoming greeting. Very friendly staff. When you go make sure to ask for Vien, Very outgoing, Super Talkative, Great Humor, Spectacular Nail tech. The pricing was reasonable. I've been going to glorious nails for a couple months now and the consistency of their great customer service and relaxing spa remains top of the line. I can always go first thing in the morning and be out by 11 after my usual Pedi and dip powder. I'm very happy w their services and will continue going !! read more

Love going to Glorious Nails & Spa. The location is perfect and clean. It's only 5 minutes away from my house. Also, the wait is not long. The nail techs have wonderful customer service. I've been coming here for a few months, and right away the cleanliness and the kind staff got my business. My acrylics last forever and never lift, even when I wait to long to get them filled. Pedicure thrones are amazing and super clean, lined bowl and prepackaged disposable implements are used. read more

this is my second time getting my nails done here and they don't disappoint. both times the same guy (i don't know his name) did them and they came out amazing. costumer service is on point and they always try to make small talk. i definitely recommend them read more
