Had a mid-range pedicure and it was marvelous! Mimi took great care of me and she was meticulous, skilled and very professional. The massage chair was clean and comfortable and a tub liner was used for extra cleanliness. The salon staff also took care of my daughter-in-laws while I had a pedicure, and everyone was delighted with the experience and final result. Highly recommend! read more

Throughout extensive travel and many salons City Nails take the #1 spot. When you walk in there's a greeting by name with a smile, It is so clean and wonderfully decorated. Next an array of styles, colors, etc. to choose from. Appointments on time and as you sit a welcome drink is offered. It doesn't take long to feel the comfort as staff and clients all converse - all have happy faces, feels like big family. Best part perfection is the norm. I wanted to treat my Mom to a pedicure for her birthday and not knowing the area went to my trusty Yelp app. City Nails had great reviews and was close by. We really enjoyed our pedicures and the nail technicians were very friendly and thorough. I messed up one of my nails after I left and they fixed it for no charge the next day (even though I tried to pay!) Would definitely go back next time I'm in town. read more

This salon is the BEST and CLEANEST and I love this place. All of their new options are great and they treat me like a queen. I have been coming for 12 years and followed them from the Cape. I even went through chemo with them when I had breast cancer and because it is so clean no infections and every visit was special. You should try the shop out. You will love as much as I. PS good wine also. read more

This was my first visit to City Nail and Spa. My husband and I went in for pedicures and arrived about 15 minutes early, but they took us in right away. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the service was excellent. We were offered complimentary drinks with a great selection to choose from. I've been going to this salon for over 8 years for a reason!! They are excellent, considerate, kind, efficient, and professional! I took my 93 y/o mother along with me to get a manicure & pedicure. I get a fill. My mother would never go because she didn't like to have her feet touched. This time I insisted and was mortified to see the condition of her feet when she took off her shoes & socks. Her big toenails were growing sideways and literally over each other! Like a jungle. Whitney the owner whispered to me that she needed to see a podiatrist & I said I'm dialing now. The picture is after they had worked hard for over two hours. I still take her to get a pedicure after seeing a podiatrist a few times and am so impressed with their kindness. My mom loves them now! I called last minute for a 1st mani+Pedi Liquid gel the friday before mothers day and they were able to accommodate me perfectly. My mani+pedi came out so beautiful, im very picky due to having OCD and my nail beds are sensitive but they were so amazing and sweet. 100/10 recommend. I had a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. The time and attention given to my nails was amazing. The salon has a current vibe with friendly staff and clients too. I like the electronic checkin. They had some kind of extra filter or something that goes in the pedicure basin as well as the plastic cover. I felt like everything was clean and sanitized. I got my nails done here 2 days ago and to be honest I am a little disappointed. I seen they had great reviews so I decided to try it out and the place was really nice and everybody was very friendly. the lady who did my nails just couldn't understand me too well which only became a problem when she didn't do what I asked for :( im not really a confrontational type of person so I just let it be. I asked for gel polish on my toes and I got regular polish and when I said something she just didn't understand so I told her it was fine and keep going... if I was going to do regular polish I would've just done it myself at home. anyway my toes still look good I just know it's not gonna last too long. I also got gel polish on my hands and the coats were pretty thin I can see through the polish and it has chipped a little already. The color and shape of my nails is cute though. besides that the place was amazing a had great energy, definitely would consider going back again :) read more

Worst nail service I've ever received. New to the area, decided to try this place because I liked the amount of colors they had to choose from but wow, just terrible. First of all my nails are already chipped and I got them done 48 hours ago. Gigi spent 10 minutes giving me a careless manicure and spent a total 60 minutes with me total for both a deluxregualr pedicure and manicure. Even worse then her speeding through my service was she didn't even grate or scrub the dead skin off my feet (the main reason I get pedicures) all she did was apply 4 CVS mud masks on my feet and legs. Paid 100$ for some woman to apply lotion to my legs, paint my nails in 10 minutes and cut my toe nails each a different length. Check them out. read more

I was only here one time and I got a really great foot massage. I really appreciate the effort and time put into the care of the massage. I just hope that sort of service carries on until the next time I visit. I've tried multiple nail places that do really rushed and lazy massages but it was very tender and relieved a lot of stress. Gave a really nice tip for that massage. The care for the manicure could be a little more gentle , I didn't bleed or anything but it kinda felt like it they could hurt me. So I hope they read this and take these things into consideration. read more

I came in for a liquid gel refill at Tipsy Nail Bar, and it was honestly the worst mistake. My previous liquid gel set--done at a different salon--lasted 5 weeks with zero issues: no lifting, no cracks, nothing. I only decided to try Tipsy because it was much closer to where I live. Exactly 7 days later, one of my nails lifted almost completely from the back. I reached out, and they did agree to repair it at no cost, which I appreciated. However, they mentioned: "Sometimes gel color doesn't bond as well when it comes into contact with the natural oils on the nail. This can happen even with proper prep." I went back in, had the nail fixed, and the technician checked the rest and said everything looked fine. Then the very next morning, another nail lifted from the back almost completely. This time it ripped my natural nail underneath, and I had to remove it at home. For $75, this service was absolutely not worth it. I don't mind paying for expensive nail services--but I do expect them to actually last longer than a week, especially when my previous set had no issues at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I just went here for the first time! i'm not one to write reviews or to like a nail salon all that much but i thought they deserved a review! the employees were all really nice and the lady who did my nails nina i believe her name was was super nice, we had a nice conversation and she understood what i wanted and provided it pretty quickly not in a rush way but in a way showing she knew what she was doing! the whole place was neat and smelled good and i didn't even bother watching the process cause i knew she was good, very nice experience! in the pictures i provided i show what i wanted and what i got! I needed my nails done while on a trip to Fort Meyers. Searched a close by nail salon and found this. I did my own little spin off of a picture I saw online. I brought it to Nathan, the nail tech who did my nails here, and he NAILED it! I absolutely adore the job he did. His attention to detail was fantastic. Everyone in the nail salon was nice and welcoming. Restrooms were clean and up to par. I 100% recommend City Nail Salon. I just wish I lived here to make this my permanent nail salon. read more

I've been going to this salon for over 7 years, but this new owner has really improved this place! Feels more like a spa than an asian nail place and they use top-tier products. My nails and toes are perfection when they work their magic! I won't reveal the owners name, because she is a true artist at her profession and it's already hard enough to get an appt. with her! :) They did make it easier since they are now open on sunday's. read more

Woow!! this place has changed... they remodeled and cleaned up all the old stuffs. I have been here before many years ago after I left them. I saw the sign said the management so I gave them change to do my mani and pedi... OMG they have all the new stuffs and technicians. They are all nice and so good to me. They play classic shows like Golden Girls at a comfortable volume - loud enough to engross yourself in the show but not too loud where you cannot hold a conversation. My nail tech, My, handled the gel manicure portion, while another male tech handled the pedicure. The pedicure was comfortable - he got the ingrown our efficiently while also throwing in massages throughout the procedure. The manicure was a great experience - it did not feel rushed and I could see her efficiency caring for the nail bed and skin surrounding it. I had a great time at this salon - lovely nail colors but even lovelier techs. They're also very responsive to their Facebook page! The only improvement I would say is to make sure the pedicure nail polish is completely covering the nail. Some for the toe edges didn't have nail polish or there were some see through spots on the larger nails (not enough polish when coating) - I know most people don't see the imperfections but ‍.
