I experienced THE BEST pedicure I have ever had, and bringing my very dry Arizona heels presented a challenge to say the least. John was courteous, thorough, and professional in every way. The manicure was a challenge since my nails were a mess from yardwork, and he did an amazing job! While there, I also got to observe several of the other technicians, and their interaction and skills were exceptional. The Nail Club is a new, meticulously clean nail salon. The simple and light decor combines with relaxing music and beautiful scenes on tv -- thank goodness no news!- to provide a spa-like experience. But all the beautiful decor in the world wouldn't be enough if the manicures and pedicures weren't good. They are very good. I've had a manicure, a pedicure and a powder dip. They've all been excellent. Lana listened to my concerns, gave me her expert opinion about what I should do and executed my manicure flawlessly. 5 days after Susan did my gel manicure....the polish was peeling. It probably had to do something with her not cleaning up my cuticles. I am very disappointed. The owner asked me how she did before I left the salon and I tried to not criticize Susan because that's not my style. She did take her time on my mani/pedi but now that I feel like I wasted my money and I will not return. The thing is, the owner even said to me outlook that it didn't look like the tech worked on my cuticles. I let it slide but now I'm just irritated about the whole situation. First impressions were rough.. walked in I was greeted and after I stated my needs were point straight to a basin to wash my hands.... To me they felt not friendly seen even bothered by me walking in. The service was fine. Service received was regular manicure and regular pedicure. Newer salon. Very very clean and nice. Lana the owner is a doll and very funny. They got me and my friends in promptly for pedicures. All the usual services offered like most salons. The owners English is excellent if that's an issue for some. I won't go anywhere else in Cape again. read more

Overall nice staff and great environment, my nails turned out decent. Their website says $35 for an acrylic fill, my total came to $60. They blamed the extra $25 on the gems added that I could find at the dollar tree. Thought I found a good priced salon, ended up disappointed. read more

We found this place close to our VRBO and decided to call in. We got reservations and they were ready for us upon arrival. My daughter, granddaughters and I all got pedicures. The space is neat and clean. You can see the staff get instruments directly from the autoclave. The scrubbers were single use and disposed of when complete. read more
