I was hesitant about getting a crown placed, but I was reassured that they had a "really good dentist" who could handle it properly. I agreed, trusting their recommendation. Since having the crown placed, I have been in daily discomfort. I am now biting the inside of my cheek consistently, and it has caused ongoing pain. This was not an issue before the procedure. After the pain continued, I called the office to speak with the manager again. No one returned my call. That lack of follow-up made it very clear that once the procedure was completed, my concerns were no longer a priority. As a patient, you expect care, accountability, and responsiveness especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here. I felt unheard and unsupported throughout the process. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions and advocate for themselves before proceeding with treatment at this office.

i hate to leave a negative review, because the staff is generally so kind, but no amount of…read morekindness can possibly make up for the irreparable damage they have done to my mouth on numerous occasions. i was recommended to come here by my sister, as i recently moved to deerfield beach. i wish i looked at the reviews before scheduling my first appointment. this place has butchered my mouth over and over again. i have only returned to get repairs done on my repairs free of charge, but at this point id much rather try a completely new dentist and pay full price out of pocket. 1) they leave you in your room for over an hour with no info about when the doctor will come see you. 2) the doctor regularly has assistants doing major dental repairs while he just watches (which they should not be doing) 3) i got a root canal done here a few months ago and experienced complications for over a month after i left the appointment. now, my root canal has destroyed my gums around the tooth and they have receded all of the way to the base of the root canal. 4) during a cleaning procedure, i informed them that i was concerned about a possible cavity. they told me i had no cavities. i came back a month later telling them i still believed i had a cavity. they still told me i did not, yet when i went somewhere else, they informed me i have 3!!!! 5) i came in for a concern regarding a chipped back tooth. on the way home from my appointment, as the numbing agent wore off, i could feel that the tooth i came in for, had not been touched. i called immediately and was informed that they worked on tooth #23 rather than the #22 i came in for. during the appointment, they apparently filled a cavity on the tooth behind the one i came in for, yet had not explained that to me. they did not do any repair or any work on the tooth i came in for, and instead repaired another tooth without informing me. i then had to schedule another appointment for the chipped tooth and had to speak to them about the repair on the tooth they did. at this time i was genuinely under the impression that they mistakenly worked on the wrong tooth, and put a cap on a perfectly good, working tooth (because they literally never communicated to me that they were going to work on a diff tooth/ why they weren't going to work on the one i came in for). when i showed up to my appointment, they told me that IIIIII was mistaken and they had repaired a cavity on tooth #23 that day. i asked why they did not repair or even touch the tooth i came in for, and they said the chip "wasnt that bad" and the doctor said "if i was just fixing insignificant issues like that all day, i couldn't get any real appointments done". the chip in my tooth was absolutely drastic and caused me major discomfort/food to get stuck in my teeth every time i ate. in informed them of this, yet he called it "insignificant" and said it "wasn't that bad" 6) after they FINALLY "repaired" my chipped tooth, the repair literally came out while i was sitting doing nothing THE NEXT DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY at this point i would rather go pay full price at a better establishment than take my chances on letting them fix the repair they did again.
