Definitely like Omg! Located in the Colony at the Shacks, has outdoor seating options. You order at the window and they call you when your order is ready. Good location especially is you have pets. It's more of a 'fancy style' taco place that tries to blend in street tacos. Prices are higher than regular street taco places and you can customize by adding avocado, salsa, etc. The customizations add up. Sit anywhere outside in the "shack" area. I got the lengua torta ($11) and it was pretty big. I enjoyed it (first time having a torta) but it gets pretty messy. Ask for a fork and a knife because they won't give it you. I did see that other places have cheaper prices on tortas though. Friend had asked to take off some tacos from their order, but it got missed. I Have never come during happy hour or taco Tuesday, but I don't find prices that amazing. It's $1 for chicken and pastor all day Tuesday. Some other tacos at higher price point (see their website.) They are located at The Shacks in Austin Ranch. You can take you dog and run them until they are tired in the dog park and then come up for a bite. I have never ordered anything there other than the OMG burrito and doubt i ever will. Let me tell you people this is the BEST burrito you will ever eat!! The chicken is spicy and tasty. It also has guacamole and pico and fries and other ingredients all rolled together and grilled. The staff has always been super nice. We once had a small problem with a to go order and all i will say is they MORE than stepped up and went above and beyond to make it right. You must go eat here. Tried the steak and barbacoa didn't really care for the steak the barbacoa was good. My only issue is the add ons get pricey quickly. After a few months of thinking it over, I finally decided to come out and tell my story. I called a few months ago to order nachos with extra olives. The man on the phone couldn't have been more rude and disrespectful. He argued with me for 10 mins about the olives, swearing up and down that they don't have them. l've gotten them from there before. And it was the best order of nachos I have ever had. A nice gentleman with curly hair and glasses made sure I got my olives. After that phone incident, I decided I will not be coming back. Very disappointed. My brother brought me here while I was visiting, so I can't really provide any context on convenience or driving directions, all I know is that Texas roads are really bumpy, and there are random fields that all seemed to be maintained by random livestock. But we went to this place because I had suggested big (butt) burritos and asked if he knew where we could get some, and to a place called The Shacks we went. Much to its namesake, it a place with a bunch of small buildings that look like they're build from old storage containers and with a huge dog park in the back, but I like it from a modern stab at making creative and unique businesses and destinations. OMG Taco isn't one of the businesses necessarily visible from the parking lot, so you have to know it's there and follow signs to get to it. They have no space for themselves for people to sit down and eat, but supposedly the bar joint next to them will allow people to sit and eat with a purchase of a beer, but seeing as how it was a Sunday afternoon not even past noon, beer didn't feel like something I wanted just yet, so we took our food to go. At around $16 for my burrito after a tip, I thought I was getting swindled with the price point, or that customers were taking the brunt of their trendy real estate's likely high rent or something, but when I received my order, the foam takeout container felt like there was a brick inside of it. Popping it open to take a glance to see if I were getting swindled and was given an actual brick, I'm relieved to see a monstrosity of a burrito that was like 25% larger than the usual California style burritos that I like to consume anywhere else, which doesn't help as much as saying that it's basically 25% larger than a Moe's burrito. I will also add that this was probably the best burrito I've had in quite a long time, in travel or home otherwise. It was massively generous, with tons of gooey, beany, ricey flavor, and I was given flashbacks to actual California burritos served out of the nondescript, nameless hispanic grocery stores that were the size of newborn babies, where you just had to trust them and eat what you were given. Overall, I was initially put off by the price point, but very pleased when the product was a monster burrito that tasted as good as it looked impressive. I'm happy with the end result, and it fulfilled everything I was hoping to get to eat when I had a hankering for some burritos. If my brother is still in the area in the future when it's also not the winter, the stacks would be an awesome place to hang out and pound a burrito and chase it with a beer, but for those who are local, the shacks seemed like a pretty cool place to me. read more

I had lingua for the first time after going out with her. It was very chewy. The place may be viewed as a little pricey for the small tacos that they served. Omg used to be pretty spot on with thier food and any issues were always handled promptly with amazing customer service, not that we ever did but one part of an order was missing a while back and they were just so friendly about it. The quality and service has just gone downhill. We stopped in most recently and granted part of our order was a kids quesadilla.. Quesa.. Dilla.. We were expecting some cheese. Not a big deal just went and asked if we could get some cheese on it (Pic for reference) and I probably wouldn't be concerned if they had said "shoot that is a bit shy on the cheese let me get you some!" but they said this was how it was made and there was cheese in it. A second look deeper into the quesadilla in question I did see some cheese gently peppered in the center. The gentleman (Ignacio) assured me this was how they made them. Now he was pleasant about it I'll say that, as was I, but I did ask if he'd be kind enough to spare just a wee bit more cheese. Which he obliged. The chicken was dry but... With some cold shredded cheese added in and 100° weather it was eaten. The elotes were good I'll give them props for that. Two stars in fact. But it'll be a bit before I give them another go. Seriously great taco spot for delivery or eating on site. This is a "taco stand" setting with outdoor tables looking over a local dog park. I have ordered from Uber 5 times and eaten on site 2 times. The first 5 encounters have been delicious tacos, good portions, and consistent. The last time was a little skimpy and not as fresh. Today we ordered again with high hopes that they were back to normal. We were pretty disappointed. 5pastor tacos with burnt meat and 1 that was a single bites worth of meat. 2 kids quesadillas that are supposed to be 5 inch tortillas cut in 1/2, these were maybe 3.5 inches and less meat than a single taco. 1 quesadilla only had meat on a half, the other half was just cheese and barely enough sticking the tortillas together 2 OMG Pork tacos that were good, except semi burnt meat 1 OMG steak that was absolutely great!!! Just not worth the $5 price tag, but is very very good! $35 food cost I tried to call, not to complain or ask for a refund, just to let them know the quality is not where it was before. If I was a first time customer there is no way I would go back. After 2 calls and no answer, you are reduced to 1 star. Sorry OMG, you used to be great. It's one of those order at the front restaurants. Very casual. It probably would be great in the summer as there's a dog park in the back. We ordered the OMG steak burrito and a bunch of tacos (steak, tongue, and pork). + The tacos were all pretty normal with the exception of the steak which had a sweet bulgogi like flavor to it. + OMG steak burrito - OMG is right!! It's an explosion of flavor in your mouth and reminds me of something a Korean evil genius out together after a rager. Not a very good experience. The pastor taco was delicious so that earned a second star. That said, the person who was running the register when we first walked in was the person who made our tacos. Don't know if he changed his gloves or not. The guy who rang our order up at the register was wearing gloves. He was punching the details into the computer with gloves, swiped my card with the gloves, pressed a button on a screen on the wall with gloves, and even reached into his pocket with gloves to play with his cell phone briefly. My main concern is that maybe they are switching taking orders and making the food. If so, it is likely that the other guy also took an order with gloves on and then made our food. Either way, anytime I see someone using a register wearing gloves is red flag for sure. The pastor taco was pretty good as I said, and I enjoyed the taste of the OMG Taco as well. But seriously, what the heck is this in my barbacoa taco? A dog might enjoy this big glob of fat, but I'm not a dog. Ive not even experienced that at Fuel City or Taco Hut inside the gas station in Lewisville of all places. So, maybe that's part of where the OMG comes from? OMG there's a big disgusting glob fat in my taco! Yuck! The guacamole was much more of an army green almost brown color than fresh looking bright green guacamole. I dont appreciate that but at 945 on a Sunday I'll try to overlook it, however the chips also didnt taste quite right... as if the oil used to cook then needs to ne changed or something. I would definitely come back for the pastor taco and probably the omg chicken taco, but most likely during a busy time only, and most likely only if really hungry and desperate and in the area (aka if the moon aligns with venus). Ni heard these tacos were good and was excited to try. I got the sesame chicken taco and the person I was with for the barboca taco. Neither taco had cheese so we added cheese for 50 cents each, there was literally a sprinkle maybe 10 crumbs of cheese on each for $1 (ripoff). This location receives as low star rating from me due to being overcharged. The chicken torta was over $16, I don't think so.
